駐車場が先着順で、遠くのパーキングを探す事になりました。それでも駐車場は空いてなくて大変な目にあいました。駐車場の地図も、わかりづらい。宿泊する人は土地勘がないんです。詳しく書いた地図を渡してくれないと困ります。とても不親切なホテルだと感じました。

The hotel is right by the park. Made for a nice place to walk in the morning. The hotel is very easy to find from the nearest subway station.

The park was nice, but there wasn't much in terms of restaurants or convenience stores in the immediate vicinity. If you stay here, be prepared to pay for their breakfast, or plan in advance to get snacks/food elsewhere.

The location is very convenient to shops and restaurants and just opposite the famous park,Nakajima Park, a superb place to chill out.

Location - the hotel was located right next to Nakajima Park, which offers a serene environment in the morning for a walk. While not exactly close, there is a bus stop (around 10-15mins walk) which has the direct airport shuttle service. Room size - quite spacious layout, allows for 2 suitcases to be fully opened up. Front-desk service - there was male staff (intern/trainee) who was very hospitable and helped to make phone calls for dinner reservations. In addition, the other staff were also very helpful, helping to check on bus timings and ensuring that we would not be too late for our flight. Parking - there are limited slots for bigger sized vehicles. Take note that the parking payment is separately handled by the parking attendant and not the front-desk.

view is good on the up flour and the people is friendly there.They help us to find the hospital for the kids because we are foreigner .we will visit again if we go to Sapporo. The room is also clean and nice to sleep.(We stay for8 days .

The room was cosy and warm in winter. Comfortable double bed. Located next to a beautiful park and shrine. Close to the subway station and only a short subway ride to Sapporo station. I wasn’t happy with my initial room and the staff were very helpful in changing my room. The new room was perfect! Very quiet.

Everything was very simple and easy. Check-in was smooth and painless and they even had some front desk people who could speak English if needed. Most of the instructions and directions were given in both Japanese and English to make it easier for foreign travelers. The rooms were comfortable overall and they even gave you pajamas to wear. Overall, it was a phenomenal experience. It's a small thing, but the way they have the elevators set up made it so that when the elevators weren't in use, one of them went to the 4th floor (7 floors total) and one stayed on the first in order to make the wait as short as possible. Very smart! The location is also very pretty, being directly across the street from Nakajima Park.

The only thing I would have liked to have was a little more in the way of in-hotel amenities like a gym or pool. There were also only three laundry machines so I could see that being a small problem of the hotel happened to be very busy. But these weren't a huge deal.

Mouldy tomatoes and stale bread at the buffet. Very cold in the buffet area and food was expensive. They didn’t accept my request for refunding the breakfast until I complained to their head office. Also front desk would not admit to the food safety issues even after issuing the refund, and just said “upon inspection they found no issues”. Parts of the room was often not cleaned, tables not wiped until I complained, toilet had stains every few days; it’s like they were skipping cleaning some areas each day. Toilet area was freezing cold and no heat came in from vents, luckily seat was heated. Toothbrushes were really hard and environmentally unfriendly as it was thrown out daily.
