Breakfast was wonderful and staff was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast facilities in the top of the Skeff bar were just breathtaking. What a fantastic building!

It got a little loud from the music downstairs. The noise from the bands was tolerable, but the DJ's were way too loud until 2:00 am. That was our only complaint.

Large room, comfortable beds, elevator great location, good shower pressure, excellent and friendly staff

Very noisy on weekends. People are right outside the windows up to 2am (they do provide earplugs, though). No outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer. Skimpy on the toilet paper.

staff very friendly from the greeting on reception to being let in by the night porter to the reception holding on to my luggage for a few hours after check-out. Really comfortable and brilliantly equipped room.

The residents bar co-exists with the public late bar. Cut off point is 2:00a.m.

the hotel is located in the Eyre Square, the starting point for everything. The rooms are really big and very comfortables, and there you can find bottles of water for free (something very uncommon nowadays). there are restaurants even bellow the hotel, so if you are in a rush you don’t need to move a lot. the receptionists were really smart and helpful, giving us recommendations and an easy guide to visit the city immediately. if you have car (our case) the hotel has an agreement with a Q-Park were you will save a lot of money (1,5 days only 10€, in another parking used on arrival we paid 7,8€ for only 2 hours). Skeffington rules.

the location of the hotel is perfect. the hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a bit pricey but we were there during their bank holiday so I’m assuming that’s why the rates were high.

Good breakfast included.

Even better breakfast if you order from the menu, but they don't tell that you have to pay extra for it. That was a little disappointment.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to restaurants and bars. We only stayed one night as we were moving on. If you like the party scene this is a good location.

We had been warned about the possibility of noise from the bar or nightclub downstairs, but there was no noise.

Great location barely 3 minutes walk from Shop Street. Beautiful clean room and very friendly and helpful staff. A huge breakfast in the morning capped off the stay.

I enjoyed breakfast but there was a back order on oats for porridge, which is my breakfast preference. Staff everywhere in the hotel were very kind and helpful.
