Wspaniały pobyt w Pradze, pyszne śniadania w restauracji, miły personel, możliwość korzystania z basenu. Dla dzieci kącik zabaw oraz dedykowany plac zabaw z trampoliną. Przestronny pokój z balkonem. Dowóz busem do centrum z możliwością przesiadki na tramwaj, metro i zwiedzania :)

Nie mamy się do czego przyczepić, może wystrój łazienki mógłby być bardziej nowoczesny, ale to szczegół.

Pool was small

The staff is gentle and kind. They offer a complimentary shuttle to the metro for east Old Town access. It’s an old, simple hotel but lovingly cared for, clean and comfortable (big rooms!)

Big rooms

The breakfast was super poor. There was no variety, and the products were not fresh at all. Also, they served expired products such us ketchup. My husband ate it by mistake, and there was no compensation. On Sunday, the restaurant and the bowling were closed, and the swimming pool wasn't at 32 degrees even though there was a paper on the wall saying the temperature. Hot chocolate in breakfast was by payment. There are no restaurants or places to buy food near the restaurant and you only can arrived there by car. This was one of the worst experience in hotels since I'm using booking, I do not recommend it at all. This is not a 4-star hotel. Also, there is no entrance for strollers or wheel chairs.

Very child friendly, play room in restaurant, pool. Shuttle to metro, that makes going to the center easier. We are choosing this hotel for our next visit to Prag.

Perfect stay without any but. Very nice and friendly staff. The check in was fast. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms too. Tea, instant coffee and a water boiler are also available free of charge. The breakfast is plentiful offering different kinds of bread and cereals. The restaurant offers a varied menu and is a very good choice as there are no restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is great for relaxing after sightseeing and the children enjoyed it very much. There is also a sauna, lockers and showers. Although there is a bus stop relatively close by, the shuttle service is a big plus, especially on the way back because you have to walk close to a busy road and there is no one on the streets, especially if there are small children.
