Can't fault the place and staff. It's a unique accommodation in the heart of the UNESCO village!

The staff was really helpful and kind. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The location was close to the iconic houses of Čičmany. The food at the restaurant in the pension was good.

The lighting was not too great at some places. The tilted roof is a bit unhandy in some places, like the bath. The position of the power outlets could be better.

Very convenient location in the center of Čičmany. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, the food in the restaurant is excellent - traditional Slovak meals. The staff was very helpful and flexible.

Just a detail - the room design and furniture are a bit outdated, yet still comfortable.

A shot of national drink Borovicka for invitation and a spacy terrace were the only two pleasant surprises here.

Stuff appealed pretty arrogant and patronising towards customers that were looking less fortunate (including us). Whole impression - this accomodation is a posh touristy trap. Room was cold and impersonal. Lunch in Penzion Katka, which lies down just a few hundred meters outside of this hostile accomodation, uncovered they do have far better services and prices for literally everything.
