The location

We were not properly informed that we would be paying for some of the price at the hotel. This is a booking.com error not the hotel although it did cause a bit of tension and miscommunication

Decent little place, nice location and amenities. Staff were friendly. Beds are comfy and hotel provides all basic things u need during your stay.

We got covered in bites which were clearly bed bugs or ants. Contacted the hotel staff and they told us it was either mosquitoes or ants due to us leaving out food/had no cleaning service which wasn’t the case as we got bites the first night we stayed!

The hotel is very modern. It is located on top of a hill at the top of the magaluf strip. The doors to the room is done by old fashioned key which I liked. As a solo traveller I was able to lock my door from inside with the key. There was a safe in the closet. The shower was perfect. A rainfall shower. Decent size for a plus size person. There was air con in the room. That worked straight away alongside a ceiling fan. I had a balcony which over looked the car park. The room was very spacious. Tea and coffee in the room alongside a kettle. There was a mini fridge was well. All in all good price. 👍 10 mins walk to magaluf Beach. But 2 min walk to palma nova. Loads of shops nearby. 10mins walk from the bus stop 🚏

I am a plus size woman on the bigger side. The bed was made with small wooden plats that kept popping off when I moved on the bed. It should not be used by people over a certain weight and I think they need to put this on the website. I weigh bout 19stones and anyone above or slightly below that will break the bed. I had twin bed put together. And the other bed kept slipping away when I rolled onto it. The beds are not firmly put in place. They move. The mattress was too soft and dipped in the middle. There was blood on the bed sheets and old hair in the shower room and bed sheets. There was no pillow protection or mattress protection.

Exactly what I needed. No frills but clean and comfortable.
