Very disturbing vibrations going down in the walls from roof top machinery for ventilation all night. No good if you are on holiday for some rest and sleep...
You will soon have a mayor problem with water leakage in the bathroom. The pastic wall carpet is coming off.
Friendly and fast service in reception and houskeeping.

Certainly not a four star hotel. We were double charged for the stay, the elevator broke and we were stuck and then blamed though we had the right amount of people in it. The carpets are generally dirty. The overhead shower in our room was broken. The putting towels on sun loungers thing should’ve been left in the nineties but still exists here. The music by the pool was appalling and too loud. Nobody wants to hear Teen Spirit on a Saturday lunch time. The entertainment guy was enthusiastic but grating.

It was very good we enjoyed it a lot the staff was very helpful specially at the reception loved them a lot hope seeing them again and visiting the hotel again very thing went well.

Amazing location with perfect sea view. Quite place and at the same time you are in 1-2 minutes to all the mail activities:bar, restaurants, beaches.

Dear Customer Service Team,
I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Mallorca. I stayed for 3 days, and unfortunately, it was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
First of all, the room we were assigned was in unacceptable condition. It was visibly dirty, with mold on the walls, and the smell was unbearable. We tried to request a room change, but were given no reasonable alternatives.
Additionally, the hotel staff, from security personnel to waiters and receptionists, were rude and unprofessional. No one smiled, nor did they make any effort to be welcoming. It felt as though we were an inconvenience to them at every turn.
The breakfast and dinner schedules were unnecessarily strict, and as the time approached, we were practically rushed out by staff as if we were unwelcome.
Overall, our stay was a nightmare, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, customer service, and basic hospitality was appalling.
I expect that these issues will be addressed promptly, as no guest should have to endure such a negative experience

The hotel room and communal areas were filthy dirty. The room was musty; the bedding smelt unwashed, we found hairs all around the bathroom and the furniture was chipped/dented wherever you looked. In the minibar we found a half drunk bottle of water.
We choose to checkout after one night and move to another property.
The manager could only offer us a deep clean of our existing room or to move to a room with a worse view.
We lost one nights stay even though we arrived at 1am and checked out by 9:30.
We did appreciate the hotel agreeing to refund the rest of the nights that we did not stay at the property.

I liked the location. The service was absolute okay. I didn't like the all-inclusive, because it is no all-inclusive. You don't have the possibility to get drinkable water at all time, and at the cantina looks like a station hall, what means it is very loud and very clean, there are no flowers or anything decorations, and the chairs and tables look like gardening furniture s.

We had a great stay our only comments would be that it would have been more helpful to have more information on the facilities for disabled toilets and where the best areas were for the children.

We had an excellent stay last week. The staff were lovely, the location is perfect. Everyone really enjoyed. The views are spectacular and I found the hotel quiet.
We paid for all inclusive and that is what we received. No limits on alcoholic drinks. We went kayaking for free with the hotel and they were very accommodating. The sea was lovely and great you could access from the beach or the steps.
You can take a short walk on the boardwalk to the beach in Palmanova where there was lovely bars and great promenade.
I wouldn't listen to the negative reviews.
The only downside for us, was the kids club was not accessible for our stay. This was due to it being closed at our part of the hotel.

We spent time by the pool which was never too busy. We had space to do our on thing. There were decent restaurants close by if we wanted to eat out. We went for all inclusive and found there was a variety of good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner PLUS the pool bar food options too!
Staff were friendly, helpful and approachable.
The beach was super close too with crystal clear sea, good for snorkelling and plenty of water sports on offer.
I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

We had a deluxe sea view room x3 and all were very shabby
Hotel food was nice. But very canteen feel. Chaos in there.

No parking in facility. We arrived minutes before dinner and we were denied entrance. I don’t recommend anyone staying there.

The star quality must be given to to the entertainers that do there best to keep the entertainment moving throughout the day and some evenings, as well as keeping the children excited. They also provided kids activities each day with set times for each, that was always on time.
In the evenings there was entertainment put on for kids and for adults. Different shows by entertainers or singers that are brought into the hotel also.
The area is very good, with lots of things to do around. The beaches are extremely clean with clear waters and golden sand. Very popular beaches next to the hotel that are not noisy and only 2-3min walk.
If I had to pick some down sides, some areas were lacking four star quality that could be rectified with a refreshment of paint and maintenance. Second there was no system for getting a pool side seat, with people coming at the opening time of 10am and finding that all seats had been taken with peoples towels left of them (same a most hotels). However, the pool location by the sea is fantastic and has the sun all day long with a good view.

Amazing oceanview from the room and balcony: the bay, the boats, the city.
The room was very nice, but not the bathroom which was not maintaine. Housekeeping forgot changing the bedlinnen and filing up the coffee and milk.
It would be perfect with at little smile from the employees now and then, but think they are very busy.

I really liked the hotel. Beautiful view of the sea and the boats. There is a terrace in the family room with a table and sun beds. Delicious and varied buffet food. Convenient location two minutes from the beach, near various marine activities. One of the few hotels that you want to return to!
