Pillow smelly Photo shown nice but in actual much poor condition of the hotel

Location. This is close to the office I am heading out to. Being opposite to the Starling mall is also a plus.

Mold smell the moment I stepped into the room. Sink in the bathroom shaky. Toilet bowl seat is broken. The knob for the water heater is broken. There is no place to put the shower gel and shampoo (have to put on the floor). The wooden tatami has a lot of nail holes, feel dangerous.

Other than cheap for its details, the place super convenient as its nearby everything, even the building is directly infront of starling mall. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend for people to be here. A high value hotel at a budget hotel price.

The tatami concept of room design but it doesn't give a feeling of a Japanese setting.

Our room has no water supply after we went back at night. They agreed to change us to another room anyway. The facilities and cleanliness in the room need improvement.

1. Walking distance to starling mall 2. There's shuttle bus from starling mall to MRT ttdi and lrt kelana Jaya 3. A lot of food shops, especially Chinese food 4. Banks and shops all in walking distance 5. The hotel is comfortable, nice and unique. They have like samurai,ninja and Japanese concept. 6. It's happening even it's passed midnight 7. Near to One utama mall just one station with MRT

Parking space very hard to find. And even at nite we received summon parking.

Location is really strategic, right in front of Starling Mall, surrounded by alot of local food and also cafes. There are few banks around there. Room is spacious and clean. They provided 2 bottles of mineral water. They have FOX Movies, AXN which are relatively good for a boutique hotel.

Noisy during the closing of the eateries and cafes. Not recommendable for older folks as there are no lifts in the building, you need to climb flights of stairs to your room. The rooms are not sound proof. It will be nice to have a kettle with instant coffee or tea in the room.
