the property is very poor quality. The A/C most of the time very hot and the overall cleanliness is very poor. The bathroom shower is filthy.

Absolutely nothing good about this hotel and their food filled with flies.....

The people working there were rude, the reception absolutely terrible. The food was filled with flies and couldn't be eaten. And the food was disgusting. The beach was so filthy and filled with plastic. The rooms were dirty and was only gonna be cleaned every three days. Our balcony was towards a wall... Also VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION- if you like us want to cancel after seeing this horrible place... there is a cancelation fee for 400€ 😂 even the hotel receptionist knew all of these problems and they were doing absolutely nothing about this. He said... - also I don't want to eat food with flies. 😂 we didn't cancel the hotel but we ran away to another hotel the very next day.

Room was excellent, Staff at hotel excellent couldn't do enough for you, Man in reception very nice guy and lady cleaner lovely, Location was perfect close to restaurants, bars and shops would diffinately Stay again, Sea veiw room lovely, can't complain About the service you get excellent all round.

Just a small disappointment was the TV in the room it would work for 20 minutes then just go fuzzy after a few attempts to watch the news I gave up on it apart from that small issue everything else perfect

toilet seat was broken, when reported they said they knew. we were sold this room knowing there was an issue. when requesting change of room we were told they and their sister hotel was full. when I called sister hotel had a room. we packed out things and moved across to find out the room was given away an hour earlier. if initial reception actually assisted we would of been fine. when we asked for a refund to find alternative accommodation ourselves, they said they could not give our money back and we have to request refund from Booking.com which will take a long time we were hungry and exhausted at this stage, and just wanted to sleep. we were left to sleep in what felt like a room used for storage. dark, dingy with a broken toilet seat. no offer of restitution, meal or a drink. worst experience
