Its the worst place I've slept in Vietnam after a month of traveling in the country.

There were rats in the hallway, cockroaches in the room, they tried to convince us that they don’t use duvet covers in the city, we weren’t the only ones complaining and trying to get our money back, and to top it off, it's the worst street to stay on! The music didn’t stop until 2 AM.

There was nothing

Turned up had booked 2 rooms and they said they only had one. Meant we had to look for somewhere for the other two people to stay at 3am. Got into room and there were rats. Shower was dirty. When paying we had to wait half hour for another card machine as theres was broken. Tattoo parlour in hotel at reception. Door on room didnt lock nor shut properly so had to block it with bags.

front desk staff were friendly. We requested to move rooms and they accommodated.

None of the rooms matched the pictures. Our first room, was mouldy and with no ventiliation smelt of mould. The roof was missing in the bathroom and there were cockroaches. We moved to a room on level 5 that was cleaner however once noticing how loud it was going to get, we decided to check out welt and stay somewhere else. If you’re partying in the street and just need to crash, it’s a good spot but otherwise not the best. I also booked originally with a different address further down the street so felt deceived. For the price many home stays within walking of the property was significantly nicer.

VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF. EXTREMELY DIRTY ROOM. Photos are lie. Broken bathroom ( NO WATER, CAN'T SHOWER ) DON'T BOOK HERE, I just moved to another place within few hours.
