This is a great Location. The room was surprisingly very quiet and what a great view of the beautiful lake Lucerne and the historic bridge 👌 also very well equipped with charging points. The meals in the pub downstairs were great too. Definitely worth the stay

La ubicación es inmejorable y tiene unas hermosas vistas al río, al famoso puente de la capilla y a la torre de agua. El acceso es a través del bar del hotel, lo cual al principio es un poco raro pero la atención increíble de la señorita de la recepción hizo que todo fuera muy fácil. La habitación es grande y muy cómoda. En verdad me sorprendió el hotel.

The room, while small, was actually larger than expected. And the bathroom was also sufficiently large. The room did have a great view and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had very warm weather and air conditioning would have been appreciated.

ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre bei dieser Hitze gut angebracht

Nice location, clean room.

The noise from the street did not allow to open window in the evening. This would be a big problem in hot weather, since the room does not have AC.

Bed very uncomfortable and noise from other room not the pub that I couldn’t heart it

entrance was through the pub, we were not allowed to take lift from the ground floor and only from first floor.

Gorgeous view of the river, mountains, and city in general. Super close to the main train station and right above the local Saturday riverside market. Check in and checkout were seamless overall. Room is bare bones but comfortable! You'll spend most of your time outside anyway. Loved that the french doors opened to the (albeit very tiny) balcony. I could get fresh air in the room easily. Even though it's on the riverfront street and above a pub, I felt it was very quiet and peaceful overall.

I'm not a big fan of pubs/dive-like bars, so initially when I entered there upon arrival it put me off. There is however a private back entrance to avoid the pub altogether so that worked out well for me. There is no included breakfast option, but lots of places nearby. No refrigerator, so keeping any leftovers or purchases from the market fresh was a struggle. Room is boring, basic. If you're looking for something vibey and aesthetic, this is not it. Balcony is teensy - don't expect to be able to sit down on them.

location is perfect! Fascinating view that facing chapel bridge really make my day! Surprisingly quiet on the 3rd floor even a pub is downstairs. Friendly young guy who assist me to check-in was so helpful!

Room was dated and quite awkward to check-in at the bar area but was expected and the view compromised all!

Perfect location-directly in front of the Chapel Bridge and within a few minutes walk from the train station. Lots of restaurants around and with added bonus of a typical English pub downstairs.
