The caravan was absolutely filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. We had to clean the bedrooms our selves and the utterly useless cleaner came back to clean the living area and bathroom. Stuffy people not doing there job properly in the first place. Staff never checked to see if we were happy in the end and ignored our many emails.

The veranda was in the sunshine all day and the bed was comfy.

The smell of dogs, the dog hairs on the seating areas, the stained carpet in the living area and the sticky dirty cutlery and pans. We spent over an hour cleaning the static before we could use it.

Haven prices on passes especially if you just want to play bingo also on the chip shop prices far too high etc etc

Suited myself and husband really well, comfy bed, plenty of hot water and good pressure, really clean, caravan was warm and cosy for us. Everything we needed for self catering purposes. Would definitely use again. (We stayed in Dandelion).

Had lots of rain and parking next to the caravan meant whenever we needed to move the car we churned up the grass as there is no hardstanding for parking. A lamp in the lounge area of the caravan would be nice for softer lighting at night rather than the ceiling lights. Had some issues with the TV but managed to sort out ourselves eventually.
