Staff behaviour and lack of response of housekeeping

The USP of the resort is the lake and infinity pool.

Food was expensive but taste was mediocre.

Though far from city but beautiful location. staff helpful everything well organised

The location is good but please don't misguide people. This is not a 5 star resort. Kindly reaccess the same.

The buffet is repetitive. We had absolute trouble with the Airconditoners. When you talk about 5 star, it includes both rooms & bathrooms which were to be compared to only a 2 Star hotel.

Spacious rooms and balcony. Pool and golf ground.. Lake view...

Room dinning and Room service are good. Morning breakfast test and arrangements are at top level. The atmosphere and natural view are superb.

Quality of mattress for double bed is not up to the mark. For the entry of swimming pool compulsory swimming costume are required. This must inform at the time of booking. Complementary high tea needs overall improvement.
