Everything was good

Horrible and greedy people.

Due to height-sickness we had to abort trek on the Kilimanjaro. so we arrived a few days earlier. Sadly but understandably there was no space for us at the lodge. But luckily they told us we would get our money back instead so we could look for another place to stay. To our surprise we did not receive money back and we were told to contact booking. We did and booking told us we can get money back but need approval of the lodge. When I asked for approval they just IGNORED US! I tried to call, text and WhatsApp, all of which worked before just fine. This is the most rude way a hotel have ever treated us and I would advise everyone to not go to this place! Its to expensive for wat you get and there is no customer service AT ALL!

Very helpful staff (allowed me to check-in early to get sleep after long journey). Nice relaxed, safe atmosphere in and around the hotel. Food was affordable and convenient.

Weak air conditioning, no bedside table, light or socket (Room 102).

Room 101 (the master suite)!! Great size, great facilities, good air conditioning and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere.

Having to leave for safari at 4.30 am... not the hotel's fault!

It was empty, no people when we came, so this was the only plus. Swimming pool was the only attraction there..

Whole hotel was empty and we got room with the view to the backyard, seeing workers living in some tent, getting up at 5am, and making a lot of noises by setting up everything and running a generator to get electricity. Quite often there was no electricity, because they forgot to put it on, or didn't turn it on purposely. No interest in rooms, only at the roof terrace, where it was really cold ! Breakfast was as everywhere in Tanzania -poor, I believe I got food poisoning there. Coffee was terrible. Nowhere in the nearest proximity to go to eat, so the only option was their 'pizza' and fries. You waited for it more than 1h and it was cold and looked like was lying in fridge few days... I'm super disappointed..

Great place to stay in Moshi

We enjoyed the pool a lot and also the location was good, it was easy to either walk or take a bajaji to town. The breakfast was also tasty. We didn’t try the lunch or dinner, because we found it too expensive, so we went out in town for that. Asante sana.

The breakfast was ok (no more than it), and the bed is really comfortable. Also the staff is nice and tries to help.

The shower doesn’t drain even after we called housekeeping so you shower with the water up to your ankles. The wifi (with full strong connection) has a tremendous speed of 0.23 MB/s (can’t load a google search). There is very loud music until very late at night from nearby. The worst and most insulting was the dinner, as a foreigner you can’t go out at night so there is a good chance you’ll have to eat at the hotel. The price was 15$ (a lot!), but after asking if taking only the main course is cheaper they said its 9$ (wasn’t written in the offer and still very expensive), but what we got is food that looks like hospital food and a very small plate that was microwave heated. I’m not returning to this hotel and I wander how did it get such high score with so many fails…

The staff was super kind, the room was beautiful and clean.

The swimming pool was a little cold, but it didn't really bother us.
