Room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was very good and staff were really lovely, very helpful and friendly. Free parking. Very good value for money.

I was happy with the bathroom/ shower room, but some may find it a little small. Could hear 'neighbours' snoring but then I should've had a 'nightcap' in the bar before I went to bed!

When I was checking in, there was a problem with locating my booking. But the staff quickly found me another room, and gave me a complimentary breakfast to make up for the inconvenience (which was no inconvenience at all as they were so quick to rectify it). The staff were the most helpful and hospitable I have met and always greeted me with a warm smile and pleasant demeanour. The food was excellent and very well priced, and the bar staff were very friendly too.

WiFi. It worked okay in the bar area, but not in the room, possibly as it was located apart from the main building. But there seems to be a lack of data coverage in the area, so there may not be too much the hotel can do about it at the moment.

The room was clean and tidy, what you'd expect to see in a hotel of this type. The staff were outstanding. On arrival, our booking had been lost (thanks Booking.com), but the duty manager immediately sorted it and we were given suitable rooms. We had to leave before breakfast the following morning, but the chef was extremely understanding and made us a hot sandwich and hot drink. Would stay again :)

Initially noisy at night with a lot of children running around, think it might be a popular local watering hole. That calmed down reasonably quickly and wasn't an issue after about 10pm.

I love the fact that the rooms are not in a hotel big house but more like individual chalets. parking is ample and the views are stunning

The rooms are very clean and everything is new. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is at the rear of a pub which serves a great selection of beers at reasonable prices. The location is quiet and very pleasant. The English breakfast is first class.

The accommodation was very good as I expected. The breakfast was excellent, I very much liked the buffet system they have introduced. The evening meal was extremely good, although there was far too much, so the kind staff put it in a box and I had the rest of it the next day, good value for money

The weather in the morning was awful, but this of course had nothing to do with the Belfry Staff,
