Our host was very gracious and provided clear communication. the place we stayed in was well appointed, clean, and charming. Location is in lower Modica but within walking to most places.

There isn't any breakfast, but there is coffee and tea. The location is good.

I didn't like that the earliest check in time was at 16:00 and the check out time was at 10:30 next morning. In our case, that we stayed only for a day, we had the house for 18,5 hours instead of 24 hours...

Communication with the owner was excellent. Very nice tips tips regarding restaurants and cafeterias.

Fantastic location tucked away behind the main street. Very charming little town house nicely decorated and very homely. Giavanni was a brilliant host meeting us when we arrived and helping us with parking and places to eat.

Pillows were very soft and we only had 1 each so 2 more firmer ones would have been good.

Lobe the facility, the location was perfect for what we needed to do. The host was very very helpful. He met us when we arrived and saved a space for us to temporarily park our car. We moved the car the later to a free parking lot nearby, a place he directed us. He was available to answer our questions and responded within a minute or two. It was as if he was right next to you helping you. There are fruit stores and grocery stores nearby. The courtyard in front was charming. the seafood restaurant nearby has excellent food - best breadsticks ever ! When I return, I would definitely want to stay here again.

This is not intended as a negative comment, only suggestion to some people who would like to make simple things: some basic condiments like salt & pepper and sugar and oil. perhaps even some dry pasta. I suspect the pandemic might have changed the custom a bit.

A beautiful building, bright with plants and colour, homely bedroom with little balcony, kitchen available for us to use.

No issue at all. I would recommend this apartment for two travellers instead of four.

Cannot praise this place enough. Besides the standard important stuff that it has (squicky clean, amazing location, good amenities offered, quiet), the place is super cute, traditional looking and smartly decorated. The owner is a sweet man who was very accommodating and gave us the best tips around town, even tips for the city we visited after! Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. Giovanni and his wife are amazing hosts. They helped us a lot with transportation and recommendations about everything in town. The place is like out of fairy tale, it looks exactly like the pictures posted here. The location is okay - close to the main street.

the location at the start of the lower old town was perfect as we could park 400m away and then had a great night walking to the top of the old town. Locando del Colonello restaurant at the top was superb!!!

should have a blackout curtain on the top of the entrance door, otherwise light will come in and wake you up. all the rest was perfect! Grazie Mille!

Perfect location in the centre of Modica, the apartment was very nice. The room was big and clean. The host was kindly and caring

Everything was great! Quaint little house with a very Instagrammable terrace. Washing machine also a nice touch. Giovanni was super helpful with recommendations around Modica and one of the friendliest faces we've encountered so far in Sicily!
