The room is simply amazing. Very big and clean but the highlight is definitely the terrace. The view, especially in the evening is really beautiful. Also it is very close to the center and a lot of bars and Restaurants. The car we parked in the street of the room for free.

Beautiful property. Located perfectly in the heart of historic Modica. Go down to the Concurso to shop and eat. Go up to the Castle and sites. The veranda overlooks the downtown. Grab a bottle of wine and sit there in the evening.

The stairs up to the property are fun for flat landers.

Excellent location to explore Modica

The description of the 3 rooms in the property needs improving. Room 1 is great, but 2 and 3 are unattractive and small. We ended in these 2 unappealing rooms. Had I known, I would have chosen differently. Also, the room fridge wasn’t working on our 2 rooms. Overall, not much value for a 3-night stay.

Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff and located centrally.

The coffee pad maker; an option for a "real" coffee would make the place perfect. And the stairways are quite narrow, so big luggage might be a problem.

Great host. Fabulous view. The room is well decorated and clean.

Location is nestled into the old part of the historic city away from the restaurants or any other tourist spots. However, this was a bonus, staying like a local, with great views from in front of the hotel, and had a courtyard view behind. It was quiet. I never met the host since he was not there, but got a key from another person nearby. I slept well. I never got breakfast but not sure if it was included.

Tiny shower, but as a seasoned traveller am used to it. The sheets were a bit ripped on the sides, and some minor updates of the furnishings and linens would be nice.
