The apartment is furnished with style. It has everything we needed as a family.

Little old bathroom

great location with free a car parking space. close to a supermarket and walking distance to the centre. the apartment has a kitchen, towers and bed linens. The balcony was nice to watch the new year fireworks despite some buildings are in front of this one blocking the view. Unlike some places, the cleaning is straight forward and included in the price. we still clean the apartment well. Really good value for money.

The sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable for two children to sleep on.

The communiction with the host was really good. The living room, bedroom and the kitchen were beautifully furnished. You can be at the harbor by a 15 - 20 minute walk. For the trainstation you need 20 - 25 minutes. Public transportation will save you about 5-10 minutes. The kitchen is well epuiped and there is a grocery store right next to the building. Even though we did not use it, the apartment came with an own parking lot which could have come quite handy.

The bathroom could use some renovation and can sadly not compete with the rest of the apartment. We were aware of that fact, since it was visible in the pictures so this is not really a complain. But the apartment would definitally benefit by a better bathroom.

Good location, very nice studio equipped with everything.

In the morning of the departure day around (10:30) 2 workers come to replace a missing glass from the balcony.

as advertised in pictures, instructions for key and other stay matters, location, value for money, space, facilities, room quietness

the only thing missing from 10/10 is the toilet. IF only the owner can renew it. I am sure i would always use this apartment if the toilet is reworked.
