Terrible unhygienic conditions in bathroom and kitchen and balcony. Old worn out bathroom kitchen has a perpetual stench

Not really a vintage but an old fallen neglected house

I really loved the interior, you feel like your in another world. Everything is authentic. The balconies where perfect to relax on. The flat is quite big. Nice neighbourhood, with a cute fruit market around the corner. The Metro is also only a few minutes away. The owner is very friendly.

Expect authenticity and not luxury. You literally live like you would have in the soviet union. Thats what makes this place so very special.

Staff is very kind and lovely. Apartment is very clear and we have a nostalgic felling. He has a good piano for sign in silence.

Very authentic flat. It is in silent location. Keep in mind that if You want to live in center, car noices and horns are not stopping enytime. Here You have quality stay just for a few Eur by taxi from center. Everything is working, everything is clean. Host is one of the most helpful persons I have ever met. Food store is just 50 meters from house.

Everything was perfect! Big and comfortable apartments with two balconies, old record player, a lot of books and piano. The location is very comfortable, there are groceries, metro station. The host was very hospitable and polite.

Tigran was very helpful. It was a perfect stay. There is a supermarket nearby, about 3-5 minute walk. It was not hard to find free parking on the street near the entrance. You can also use public transportation (I didn't).
