It was our first time to Barmouth. The location was amazing. The apartment had everything you needed, from tea, coffee, sugar. All the kitchen utensils to cleaning products. Washing machine & tumble drier are amazing. It was like going from home to home. Danny & Lisa have thought of everything. It was very very clean. The bed was so comfortable. Their contact details were to hand. Amazing property.

The location was fabulous, we loved the garden and the little balcony. The apartment is immaculate, very well presented with everything you need to be self-sufficient or within easy access of beach, bars and restaurants. Danny and Lisa were fantastic at responding to our requests and very accommodating. More space outside than any others we looked at and a great outlook from each direction. Wonderful to watch the world go by, great estuary and sunset views.
No privacy as we were on the ground floor and each window, including the bedroom, only had curtains, no nets or voiles so constantly open to people being able to look in when passing.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. It’s stylish, large and very comfortable. Every facility you may want for is provided. In a prime location with everything you could need and the owners are friendly, professional and helpful. I would recommend Sunray Apartments to all. An 11/10 stay.

The apartment was in the perfect location. It had absolutely everything you needed inside - a massive bed, great en suite bathroom, kitchen, cleaning products. The lot!!

location. views. clean. close to the town centre so there’s plenty of shops. places to eat and drink. parking spaces available for cars and motorcycles.

No breakfast was provided, but this was not a problem as there was loads of local places in a two minute walk away, which provided adequately
Parking was small, but the proprietor was very helpful in reversing in small area. Also, other residents moved so we were able to get out. This we felt better than on the road side, which was the only option in other accommodation.

It’s in the perfect location overlooking the sea/estuary, has free parking and is in within walking distance of shops bars etc. The property was clean and the facilities in the room were great. even had a fridge

Loved the position overlooking the estuary. Cleanliness was outstanding. Comfy bed and a lovely bathroom.
Close to the town centre with all the cafes, bars and restaurants. The high street is very individual with lots of small shops
Would have like somewhere to put sponge bag when in the bathroom. Whilst space is limited maybe a small low table .at the side of the washbasin could be put in place.
The driveway is very steep and turning is tight but we managed.

Lovely, clean accommodation in Barmouth, a real seaside town. Great location, overlooking the sea and estuary. Lots of places to eat and independent shops, great for browsing. Plenty of places to visit within easy reach of the town. Friendly hosts who keep the kettle tray well stocked!

Lovely, comfortable, clean room with a fabulous view. Had the best nights sleep! Breakfast available close by. Owners very friendly and approachable. Will definitely stay again.

We have been on holiday to Barmouth for over 30 years, this was our first stay here. The view was outstanding, cleanliness was immaculate, we couldn’t ask for anymore. Owners were extremely friendly and hospitable.

Excellent location overlooking the harbour. Ground floor seaview room with great facilities. Free parking and great outdoor seating area to enjoy those views of an evening. Bathroom had good shower and bed was comfy. Fridge in room and plenty of kettle supplies provided. Will be back!
