Location was brilliant, close to main strip but far enough away to be quite. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Nice setup with hammocks everywhere and laundry service was good. Good value for money.

Multiple power cuts a day, some to the whole area, but also seemed to be some just to this location. Wifi was poor and obviously drops off when power cut as well. Pillows were very hard. Overall a nice stay and the above didnt ruin our experience, and you get what you pay for, good value.

The staff was really nice and helpful! We were only supposed to stay for two nights, but extended to stay for three more nights. The location of the Hotel is great, close to many good restaurants and only a 3 min walk to the nearest beach. The fan in the room was really good, so it wasn’t a problem not having an AC.

The room was a bit dark. The walls were unfortunately really thin so we were a bit bothered with the sounds from other rooms, construction outside and the neighbors karaoke…

I stayed at the guest house on Rong Island and had a wonderful time. The wooden house had a shared balcony on all floors, where I could enjoy the view and the breeze. The rooms were equipped with private bathrooms with warm water system, fans and beds with mosquito nets. I felt very comfortable and cozy in my room. The location of the guest house was perfect for me. It was quiet and natural, surrounded by many kinds of trees with fresh air. It was about 300 meters far from the crowd, up on the hill. It was a 5-minute walk or I could rent a motorbike to commute. I enjoyed the peaceful and natural atmosphere of the place. The guest house was also very clean and tidy. Everyone kept their shoes downstairs, so there was not much dirt in the property. Walking on barefoot, I could feel that it was clean. The staff also did a good job of maintaining the hygiene and tidiness of the rooms and common areas. The owner of the guest house was a middle-aged man, with a soft and clear voice. He was helpful, informative, polite and an English speaker as a second language. During my stay, he let me use his motorbike to commute to nearby locations, stores, or pick up my relative. He also gave helpful advice to guests in case they needed. He was very friendly and hospitable.

There were some minor drawbacks, but they did not affect my satisfaction. I could hear the party noise from the crowd and the beach, but it was not too loud or too long. The property was on a hill, which was challenging for elder, but I could rent a local to pick me up. The electricity went off sometimes, but it came back quickly. There was some dust and sand in the room, but it was acceptable. I could hear some sounds from other rooms, but they were not a big deal.

The beds were dirty. I had a lizard and a cockroach run in my bad at night. Also theres a construction site right next to the venue, so if you want to sleep late, this is not the place for you.

Amazing stay in this hotel, the owner was amazing, The rooms were big with a window and a big balcony. The room is clean, comfy bed and bathroom come with hot water. We like that it's a really quiet place and near everything. We will be back for sure.

Located very close to Koh Toch man pier, only about a 5 mins walk up a little hill. Close to restaurants, convenience stores and a nice beach only a stroll away. Beds comfy with mosquito nets although we didn't have very many mosquitos in the room anyway. Overall pretty good value for money.

It's really hot as the fans are quite far away from the beds so makes for a bit of a sweaty night. Shower water pressure is a little cool and a little weak but adequate.

The host was really nice and the house looked beautiful! The beds were soft and the room was clean!

The owner is very polite and kind. The room was clean and the bed linen fresh. The price is not high, that makes this guesthouse the best option. I definitely liked the place and will stay there again when I visit Koh Rong one more time

Great place to stay - you can enjoy both - privacy, other guests' company if you like, and furry(very pleasant and well-behaving!)cats. It's close to the piers, restaurants, and pubs, but at the same time at the back of it so you won't be disturbed by noises from the outside. Also a work space with a good wifi.

Walls are thin, so you may have a questionable pleasure of hearing your neighbors in the morning (if you know what I mean 😏)

Really chilled place just a minutes walk from the main beach. Hammocks and cats all around the place which was nice. Good place to meet people. The rooms were comfortable with hot shower.

The walls weren't soundproofed so you could hear the guests in the other rooms and out on the balcony making it difficult to sleep

Great guesthouse option when staying in Koh Rong, just a short walk from the port and Main Street. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was okay and what we expected for reasonable price

WiFi is bad but that is true for the whole island

I accidentally booked the wrong date for check in and arrived the following day. The owner accommodated us with a bigger room than we booked for the same price and waived the cancellation fee for the night before even though I was at fault. Very friendly owner, clean spacious and peaceful place. Great value for the money.. just seconds from the beach and very central to restaurants, but tucked away just enough to feel at peace. I’d definitely stay here again.

- Good location - Room was clean (but not cleaned for the duration of our stay) - Smiley staff - The room didn’t get hot so aircon wasn’t needed and the fan was powerful enough - Comfortable bed (pillows could be better)

- Very loud, just like the other reviews say, so much so you can hear guests next door having low level conversation and using the bathroom. It wakes you up early or keeps you up at night. Bring earplugs! Better soundproofing would help - WiFi didn’t reach our room but luckily 4G connection with SMART was good enough - No shower gel - No bottled water - Poor lighting in room - could do with some lamps or stronger lightbulbs - We were given a small blanket to share for two people. They should give one to each guest. They kindly provided another when we asked - Shower was inconsistent with heat, most days lukewarm/cold

Great place to stay in Koh Touch, very clean and lovely. The owner is very kind abd helpful.

The property was only up the road from the beach which made it accessible to all of the main amenities. The rooms were comfortable, albeit a bit rustic.

During my stay, there was on going refurbishment on the ground floor of the property, which was not noted prior to when I arrived. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak as well.
