LA UBICACION ES EXELENTE

TODO ESTUVO MUY BIEN

Un lugar muy bonito, agradable y limpio con personal amable y al servicio... Y la alberca súper genial para mí y mi pareja que no sabemos nadar estuvo muy padre.

La ubicación , muy accesible todo instalaciones cómodas Solo faltó que funcionará el elevador , y para mí gusto la alberca es muy pequeña

Que el desayuno se toma en otro hotel que el elevador no funciona , la alberca es muy pequeña y muy poco profunda , y de principio la habitación Olía mucho a humedad

LA ubicación es perfecta para movilidad

La espectativa de desayuno que no fuera en el mismo lugar, sin embargo el lugar donde se brindaba el desayuno era súper lento el servicio y poco cortez , le llamaban "cortecia" aal desayuno siendo que se pagó por una espectativa de desayuno muchos días 6días y cada vez que uno iba por el desayuno parecia que estaba solicitando caridad... El desayuno no es un desayuno... sino una guarnición de cualquier cosa.

El trato de la recepcionista Jeny fue excelente, ayudó a resolver temas, atendió con mucha paciencia y con un excelente trato, el resto de la experiencia nada bueno

Habitaciones medio limpias, con cucarachas, toallas percudidas y viejas, la programación en la televisión malísima, sábanas sucias

La ubicación muy buena , a media cuadra de quinta avenida y media cuadra de la playa.

Las toallas viejisimas, nos dieron toallas rotas , un día tuvimos que esperar como media hora para que nos entreguen la llave del cuarto porque no había nadie , ni aunque llamemos o gritemos aparecía alguien para recibirnos.

Muy buena ubicación, a pesar de estar muy cerca de la 5ta no se escucha nada de musica ni ruido externo x lo que se descansa muy bien, excelente relación precio calidad, la habitación amplia con mini bar y AA, la atención muy calida de todos los empleados sobre todo de Alberto en recepción

La habitación standar que aparecía en el booking no era ,las toallas se veían sucias eran blancas pero parecían gris, tuve que solicitar otra habitación. Y aun así no es lo que muestra en booking.

Me and my girlfriend really enjoy staying here almost every week. The staff is exceptional. Oswaldo (front desk) again went above and beyond. The night clerk also was very friendly and provided us with additional items, unfortunately we didn't see him again to be able to tip him for his great assistance. Thank you all.

rooms a bit old, breakfast could be better

The location of the property and the room was amazing. Housekeeping was amazing, especially Irma.

The elevator did not work and I was on the 4th floor. The pool is more like a wading/kiddy pool.

The staff is kind hearted and efficient. The thing I love mostly was that you don't hear the neighbours and that the ac works perfectly. It's hard to find a hotel that actually chills the room with this weather. Oswaldo, Matias and a clerk (young lady) were really great. We didn't see the cleaning staff but no complaints there. We normally go to different hotels per week but will return to this one. 😊

Probably the TV setup. We were unable to connect our devices or to watch Netflix with the TV. No biggie. Also we didn't request assistance for that matter.

+ Positive was the polite and nice service. + Equally positive was the location and proximity to the beach.

- On the negative side was the monotonous breakfast. The basic breakfast was scrambled eggs with coffee and a small glass of orange juice. For an extra charge you could order your breakfast with extra ingredients. I would have liked more variety as a choice. - Also very disappointing was the loveless room. There was only a small window overlooking a wall and no balcony. Otherwise there were no pictures which would have made the room a bit more lively. - You had to pay extra to leave your luggage if the room was not free when you checked in.

The room was awful! It smelled moldy, was old fashioned, not clean, without windows and the AC was super noisy. Bad at all

The pool was nice the room spacious with a big fridge. Beds were really comfy. Staff was friendly. Location great, beach was good but tons of seagrass by this time of the year.

The breakfast wasn't like on the presented picture. It is served in a close by hotel, but it's nothing special, the same every day: small portion of scrambled eggs, 2 toasts and butter, jam, orange juice and coffee. The receptionist couldn't speak much English, but they were friendly.

The staff was great. The night front desk gentlemen was so nice and friendly. Offered to carry bags upstairs. Always said hi. The location was fantastic. The room was nice and big with a little ocean view.

The hotel is advertised as "adults only" that clearly was not the case. The elevator was broken with no signs of trying to fix it. Hard for an older lady with bad knees to walk up to the 5th floor. Asked for a different room, was told "no we can't do that" The pool was nice most days. Some days on the dirty side.

There were no towels and water in the room, I had to ask for them. Was very hard for me to find the hotel location

Molded shower curtains, and exhaust vent..danger to health.. Exhaust fan not working Sink in room water barely comes out Breakfast was terrible - only ate breakfast once 😞 I wanted to move to other hotels but the front desk said my money isn't refundable, so just stayed. Booking.com should provide some discount and or refunded as I based my booking via Booking.com

easy to get to, center of everything! very nice room - King comfort. big room, next to the pool. very close to the beach, great people at the front, very very clean. AC worked very well!

elevator was broken, and the kitchen was down…so we had to go to another property down the road to get the free breakfast. but it was a good breakfast. 4 flights of stairs with a broken elevator was hard. there is a club nearby and loud music until 3am - louder on Saturday and Sunday. if you are wanting to rest and just do tours during the day, that gets old really fast.

Lift wasn't worked during our trip. Had to walk up to the top floor every time. Extremely noisy at night time.
