Emplacement parfait pour se promener à pied dans le centre. Chambre familiale avec 2 pièces : chambre avec grand lit et chambre avec deux lits simples plus une grande salle de bain (baignoire à jets et douche + WC) et un autre WC indépendant. Très bon séjour. Personnel très accueillant.

La situation en plein centre-ville ville. Le parking souterrain. La climatisation, l'espace et le confort dans la chambre. La diversité du petit-déjeuner. L'amabilité du personnel.

Deux diodes rouges dans la chambre (tv et thermostat) qui peuvent déranger les personnes sensibles à la lumière. Heureusement il est tout à fait possible de couvrir la 1re et couper la 2e.

La chose que j'ai préférée, c'est qu'il y avait une baignoire ! Sinon, le personnel est sympathique et la chambre est jolie.

Le seul inconvenient de cet hôtel est qu'ils ne propose pas de parking gratuit. Heureusement qu'on trouve assez facilement des places de stationnement même si ces dernières sont payantes.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Everything is well-presented. The hotel even provided me with some gluten-free options for breakfast (put in an advance request if you require that - it seems to be quite a rare thing in French hotels). The hotel is very well located for Tours centre, the historic centre and places to eat and shop. Despite this the room was quiet and peaceful. I am disabled and we were on the first floor, which was accessible by elevator, so that was ideal. I walk with a stick and think you would have to specifically ask for a wheelchair accessible room if that's what you need. There car park is also accessible by elevator (park on level -1). Almost opposite the hotel is a lovely bookshop, which I highly recommend. We were there to drop off our child at the university and were only two blocks away from their accommodation.

I didn't dislike it but you should know that the carpark access is via a narrow entrance, down a steep slope, with a very tight corner at the bottom of it. It's worth using because parking is secure and convenient but do take care on entrance and exit.

Room was great, the staff were absolutely brilliant and they love children. The parking was tight but I managed to park an estate car comfortably.

The hotel had an underground garage where we could park the car for a fee (10 euro/night). Close to the city centre and to a good boulangerie. Clean bathroom (mostly) and coffee & tea making facilities in the room. Receptionists very helpful and nice.

The towels in the bathroom were various shades of gray (they were old). We stayed for 5 nights and only during the last day we were given solid soap. The bed sheets were not changed at all, even though the beds were made. And neither the bathtub was cleaned during our entire stay. We also had to keep asking for extra toilet paper. The vent in the bathroom was completely filled with mold. If you want all the options at the breakfast, go early. The lady tending to the breakfast area moves really slow to refill the missing items. The breakfast was mainly sweet, with some cheese and ham options, too, but no veggies. Very noisy neighbours sometimes (walls were thin and we could hear everything from the hallway and the adjoining rooms). No fridge in the room. And very few electrical sockets.

I was locked inside the bathroom for half an hour because the doorhandle didn't function on the inside. And I don't think it was a new fail.

We chose this hotel because it had private parking and we were abe to either walk into the city centre or take a tram. Also liked bedroom and breakfast provided.

Wi-Fi non existent, beds far too low and too soft. breakfast offerings were dreadful, very very basic! not so much as an offer of a discount for all its faults!

All staff we met at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The family room we booked turned out to be more like a suit with a separate room for the kids with twin beds and a double bed for us in the other room. The toilet and bath room were also separate. It was fantastic

The air conditioner in the room was noisy and the breakfast was very basic, I didn't think the breakfast was value for money.

Comfortable bed; good shower; clean room; good value. Ideally located just outside the busiest part of the city centre but an easy walk back to all the historic attractions and restaurants etc. Parking (for a charge) was available in the hotel's underground car park and this was a welcome bonus.

Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Given how close the hotel is to the rest of the city centre - perhaps grabbing something at a local cafe might be a better idea.

Great location for visit to Tours. Lots of cafés and bars within walking distance. Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was great.

we had an apartment which was lovely

the apartment had a few things missing to make it work well. no tea towels, dish cloths, dishwasher liquid. kettle had to stay on ground because no power point higher. no toaster. bed very small and not very comfortable.

Room was spacious and bathroom also. Bed was big and comfortable. Good location, not far from centre. Parking outside the hotel free between 18h30 and 9h a, very handy if you have a car.
