Excellent staff, very kind and great service. Such an amazing vibe and atmosphere. Facilities were magnificent. Would really recommend this place.

The hotel was simply amazing! We stayed for two nights and we got all we needed in this hotel. Foods were wonderful and staff were so freindly and helpful. Iove this pkace and will definity come back in the near future.

The Hotel is led bei a wonderful Family. Everything is just perfect. Excellent Food, super wellnes area and the rooms are very spacious. Parking is close to the hotel and pets are welcome.

I book this relaxing holiday for my inlaws and they enjoyed every moment of it! Everybody was very friendly, the food everyday adjusted to the severe allergies of my mother in law and the clean and relaxing wellness! They will 100% rebook for next year.

Great getaway to run off to. Here you can relax and recover while you enjoy fantastic food. The spa area is super clean and especially nice with the warm temperatures both inside and outside.

Not comfortable with no clothes in sauna. It would be nice with a sauna where you can have your swimsuit on. I do not want to meet my dinner neibour without clothes, I am sorry about that.

The staff were always extremely courtious and polite. Service was impeccable and customer focussed. Excellent breakfast - one of the best buffets I have see. Evening meal was also fantastic and my wife was delighted with the daily vegan menu - very rare for a hotel to put so much thought into such customer requirements. Location in the heart of Seefeld is ideal. The pool and wellness area is of the highest standard.

Maybe at breakfast the coordination of the serving staff could be a little slicker - but this is really a very minor observation. Otherwise there is nothing more to add - everything was great

We loved everything about Klosterbräu. The food, the staff, the room, the location, the pools, the spa, the style of the place. We particularly loved how welcome our little puppy was. He was treated as well as we were! It is a unique, special hotel that I can't recommend highly enough.

- we loved the variety of the breakfast (served until 11.00 !) and the dishes that were served at dinner - the infrastructure of the hotel is excellent, the new gym as well as the brand new whirlpool is a nice highlight where you can enjoy the panorama of the alps - the hotel staff was superb at accommodating to all our needs, from organising sports activities outside the hotel to providing great tipps for excursions - as it is a family run hotel, it was a joy to see how much the family is involved in making your stay an enjoyable experience (especially the historic house tour with Alois and the sunrise hike with Clemens) - above all, the hotel went above and beyond to ensure the safety of all guests during Covid19

We are just back from an AMAZING time at this hotel. The staff were super friendly (especially Holly and Nadine) and helpful. We were always made to feel welcome and everyone was polite and helpful. The spa and pool area are exceptional with a downstairs "nude" area with the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. For a Brit, it was initially a little nerve-wracking as we are not known for feeling comfortable in the nude and 99% of the other guests spoke German so could understand what was expected of them. The "Sauna Master" was fabulous and by the end of the trip, I was totally relaxed, stripping off and rubbing salts and oils over my body in the presence of complete strangers! Perhaps not for everyone, but worth trying out! The Sauna Master kindly translated everything into English for me which was very helpful. The food was 5 star and we enjoyed every single meal. Lots of effort had gone into the displays and presentation of the food. Everywhere is lit by candles and the architecture from the old monastery is fascinating to look at. Book this hotel! It's absolutely first class!

If I had to mention slight negatives, they would be: The hotel is VERY warm so we slept with the windows wide open at night, even when it as snowing. Not much is explained to you when you arrive and if you are not German speaking, you have to find out things for yourself and ask a lot of questions to other guests/staff. It would be good to be given a short tour of the hotel upon arrival. My son ended up in the wine cellar, thinking it was the pool !
