Wonderful roof terrace with fabulous views. Breakfast was great if you like wheat and dairy - lovely looking croissants, pastries and cakes. Less good if you prefer protein.

I missed a desk in the room, but this is a holiday destination and the room was perfect for that.

The location was great. In front of the lido boat terminal. Breakfast was great.but most importantly, Euginio, from the reception he was exceptionally nice funny with knowledge and willingness to help.

Very convenient location, extremely helpful and friendly staff, great facilities, abundant breakfast, towel warmers in the bathroom were a definite treat and many more small details that elude me at the moment!

Nice simple hotel, great location in Lido, friendly staff. Really enjoyed the spa at our bathroom.

The airdryer was a bit faulty, but nothing major.

even though the hotel is in a good location to take transport to Venice, is expensive to always pay to move from lido to Venice

Friendly, helpful staff, very clean and included breakfast was ok. Location is handy for the vaporetti and Alilaguna Airport bus, but see negatives on this.

Mainly the location immediately above main island stops for both land and water buses making it astonishingly noisy. Buses run very early and late in the evenings, and the very poor A/C meant we needed the window open. In consequence we had very little sleep. We had a south side view room and I suggest you ask for a room on the north side of the hotel to get (slightly) further away from the noise. The room was quite small and there was no room to open our admittedly large, suitcases. The toilet flush did not always work properly. Obviously, staying on the Lido means you have to use the vaporetti to get to Venice.

Breakfast was lovely and fresh for continental,set us up for the morning . Location excellent for the shuttle water bus. staff on checking in was super helpful and very knowledgeable for all the was around Venice.

No ironing facilities so we had to give our outfits to the reception to iron them for us and pay for the service.

Aircondition was not great in my room. But the rest was great.

Boutique hotel across the street from the water transportation at Lido. Nice sized rooms (we had three for the seven of us). very friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts. Terrace on first floor to relax and eat breakfast or enjoy the evening.

Smaller showers with limited space to enter it. I didn’t know about shutting the shutters, but once my grandson told me, we were able to block out the street lights.

Beautiful hotel, perfectly located and exceptional service with very friendly and accommodating staff. We were able to park on-site and the ferry to Venice is right in front of the hotel, which made the commuting to the hotel very easy. We could not have picked a better place!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was awesome and the breakfast was fresh. The large bed was very comfortable

The attic room a/c was not the best but it was very hot out. We had a family room and the twin was a cot basically, not comfortable.

Staff were so friendly, helpful & welcoming. Perfect location right opposite main Lido vaporetto station (you can see the hotel from the boat!). 10 min walk from hotel down main street to beach. Our attic room had view over lagoon to St Marco Sq and it was perfect for family of 4. Buffet breakfast was great start to the day and catered well for the kids. Lovely first floor roof terrace too. It’s a stylish art deco place with a relaxed vibe & I got the feeling there were a few repeat guests.

There was a jacuzzi bath in our attic room with a shower attachment - not ideal for proper shower but we enjoyed the bath!

Great hotel. Third time of staying. Wonderful staff so helpful. Great location. Super terrace with great views! Whats not to like!!
