We had a fantastic stay at the villa. Pool was amazing and the location is a short walk to both perissa and perivolos. Staff super friendly and welcoming and the room was very clean! Highly recommend.

Everything was excellent! The hosts are very nice and the atmosphere was perfect. Even the cleaning lady was really cute and had a little chat with us every morning. The complex (and the pool) are very well maintained and the rooms are very clean. We felt so comfortable there and would come back anytime! À la carte breakfast is also great, there are a lot of options and everything is just delicious. This hotel is really worth every recommendation!

Really nothing! We loved every second there. Just a little side note: Perissa (Perivolos) is not close to Oia, Fira and all the "famous" things of Santorini. The location is perfect if you are looking for a beach only vacation because the beach is (in my opinion) the most beautiful one on the island, much better than Kamari beach. But if you want to see more of the island, make sure to rent a car.

We had a very good time at Villa Markezinis. The hotel is near to the beach and you can reach Thira and Oia by bus. The location was perfect for us. The rooms were very clean and the staff was always friendly.

The property is very well situated, 5 mins to the beach. Clean and aesthetic. Beautiful entrance, place, calm, pool accessible even during the night. Familial and cosy atmosphere.

The safe deposit box was blocked, had to call at midnight to resolve the problem. Shampoo were missing for my first day. Hopefully all problems are easily resolved due to the staff. So not a big deal.

The staff was so sweet. Room super modern, spacious and clean. The pool area is insane with a breathtaking view of the mountains.

The hotel was beautiful and the place very quiet. We enjoyed our bedroom upstairs with the balcony that we got from a last minute upgrade. The pool is great and spacious, you can easily relax and enjoy the tranquility of the area. Antonio at the reception was very welcoming, helpful, always smiling and advised us on the best places to go and visit. He also served us every morning a very nice and generous breakfast. Our stay was perfect thanks to him ! His aunt Lena who takes care of cleaning the rooms is also very cheerful and kind. The location near the beach is great with many restaurants and bars. It is very easy to go around the island either by bus or by renting a quad bike ! Villa Markezinis is a wonderful place and we couldn’t recommend it enough ! We can’t wait to come back !

Mary is the sweetest and most hospitable host we have ever met. She helped is with everything right from the start, offering us coffee & cake after arriving exhausted from our flight at 5am from Rome. She went over the map of Santorini with us in detail, explaining cool things to see, helped us rent a car, let us use the pool and lounge around until our room was ready. She even helped us get a table at Santo Winery after we had trouble booking online. The location is quiet, but not too far from the beach. I would recommend staying here any time. We looked around thera and Oia and were happy with our decision staying in this area. It is not overly busy like the main towns which was perfect for us. Thank you Mary you are a legend!

Really expensive shuttle from airport and ferry docks. 30 euro both ways, which worked out to about $100 Australian :(

The staff was extremely welcoming and nice. We came two hours earlier and the room was ready for us. The lady in the reception recommended the best restaurants on all the Island, she was always willing to help us with what ever. After our stay there we went to different area and another hotel but came the last day to spend it in Perissa. We asked if she was willing to let us leave our bags because our flight was so late and she was more than willing to do it. Didn’t have to pay and she even let us have beach towels and our old wifi password!
