owner very cooperative and nice location outside Cambridge but convenient to walk

the small bed in our room (which had a double bed which was fine)needs mattress replaced.

Friendly welcome, well appointed room for the price, good supply of tea etc

Car parking was a bit of a concern though fortunately the convenient on street parking was free from my first evening (Saturday) till my departure on Monday morning.

My partner and I needed a good place to stay while visiting our daughter. Acorn was not exceptional but it was good value for money only let down by lack of breakfast and weekend housekeeping.

Dirty floors two big spiders with lots of cobwebs mould on bathroom tiles door frame and shower a very bad smell coming from the shower plug very dated room plug socket hanging of very dangerous very small car park only three cars but they look like the owners cars so no space for guests
