The main reason we chose to stay for one night was the free shuttle to airport at any time.

The onsite restaurant was excellent with good food. Airport shuttle good.

Shuttle..very prompt once we had phoned to say we were out of airport. Room exceptionally clean, bed very comfortable tea coffee facilities , biscuits very welcome. PLenty of good towels in bathroom- very welcome! Breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful.

Information in the room..none! Could not work the TV and only the next morning saw that there was a second remote control....which was the one we should have been using! No info about time of breakfast tho we had booked and knew that it should be approx from 6,30 - 9,30? but were not sure as had mislaid booking info apart from ref. number- it would have helped to have info in the room as we arrived after midnight and did not want to call staff at that hour. Everything else was very satisfactory and we would certainly stay again.

1am arrival and property quite busy at that hour so felt quite safe. Just missed a shuttle but rang and another arrived in 10 mins. Exceptionally clean and well maintained, staff pleasant. I had a renovated studio room, small but everything you need inc tea, coffee, milk. New bathroom. Excellent bed.

Great hotel for what we were after. Very close to airport with complimentary shuttle as well as complimentary late check-out. Super easy/quick check in and out and lovely staff.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. We love that you can leave your car in safe hands and be driven to and from the airport, which is a fantastic service.

Double edged sword staying so close to the airport. The planes landing and taking off all night kept me awake and would have preferred queen or king beds, double was ok but not my preference

The location and staff were excellent. The free pick-up and drop off facility was very nice too

A small refrigerator was provided which was not working properly. Only the refrigerator light was working inside which had made me think that its working fine. I only got to know that its faulty when I checked the home made baby food x 5 containers was started smelling so badly.

Arrived to the airport late at night however the airport shuttle is available 24/7 and arrived very quickly. The staff were all kinda & room was great for the nights stay.

Room was not cleaned properly. I went to use the bathroom upon arrival closed bathroom door to find clumps of hair and dust behind door. Two white spots of toothpaste marks on bathroom floor When l opened the door to take a shower an overwhelming musty smell the lower part of the shower screen had not been cleaned properly.

Our check in was lovley with super friendly staff. Very clean and comfy room.. Bus transfer was awesome.
