Perfect balance of both feeling intimate but also roomy. Lots of facilities and excellent location - edge of town but not isolated.

Parking at times was difficult at times however very safe and secure parking

breakfast was nice, room was basic but nice and clean dinner was nice and waiters were very friendly

value for money wasn't great but seems to be like a lot of hotels in the country at the moment

Beautiful place, the bistro restaurant and the tom collins bar were located in the hotel. Bus stop was right in front of hotel. Could walk to town. They had elevators. Digital room key. We had a full size (american size) bed and a twin bed in our room. There was a wardrobe closet. Bathroom nice size. Coffee and tea in room.

No AC, No top sheet and no face clothes. No dresser.

Great Hotel, attended a wedding there, was a super hotel, spotless clean and very modern, staff were very helpful

We order tea and toast in bistro for breakfast And people that cam e un after us got there tea and toast sure we were finish or breakfast . Would of loved tea and roast with our breakfast

We loved how comfortable the beds and pillows were. Our waiter in the bar was top notch, he recommended certain things and made sure we would check out the leisure centre

The restaurant didn't have very good vegetarian options and the drains in the sink and shower were very backed up and slow

Room was spotless and bathroom was unreal... Had everything we needed for the night... The pool was good also...

The changing room was freezing. I was cold before I got in pool... When we got out we could not find the showers? As they looked same doors as toilet!. And it was freezing Shower had to be pressed every like 8 seconds which is annoying...

Food in The Bistro Restaurant was lovely. Staff really friendly. Likewise in the Collins bar. Good food & friendly staff

Some live entertainment over bank holiday would have been a nice bonus!

The hotel is stunning from staff, cleanliness, hospitality, food, swimming pool its flawless one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in 5 stars for sure I cant wait to go back
