Le rapport qualité prix honteux, les sanitaires "privés" minuscules pour le prix et un personnel invisible jamais là quand on en a besoin

Location and staff. Food was excellent.

Did not notice that there was not a lift for luggage. Bathroom was extremely tight.

Amazing location and all the staff were super friendly. I would love to come back again - restaurant is also great with huge portions and lovely food. Room was exactly as described which is great!

My only dislike - possibly my room specifically - the floorboards were every thin, so when the room above me got in at 2am each night, it woke me up every time and I couldn’t sleep till they had stopped moving

Great location! Less than 5 minutes walk from the station. We were able to check-in a bit later (just before 20:00), which was great so we could enjoy our day at Grindelwald First more. Just make sure you let them know if you can't make it before 18:00 so you won't have any problems. Check-in was very easy with friendly staff (Scottish man I believe). We also had a very nice view from our room of a church and the mountains. There is no elevator, but this is written on their page so please don't arrive there and start complaining that you have to climb stairs.

The bathroom (especially shower) was quite small, which could be a bit hard if you're a big person, but it was alright for us.

Strategic location with good window view. Daily room cleaning.

It doesn’t have lift and very inconvenient and taxing to carry luggage to the room using the stairs. Please don’t bring big luggage and there is no staff to help.

A localização não poderia ser melhor, o trem que leva 10 minutos de Lauterbrunnen já vale a estadia, no trajeto a paisagem é belíssima. Wegen, onde fica o Hotel, também é muito agradável, pequena e simpática. Quanto ao Hotel, é simples mas cumpre o que promete, nem mais nem menos. A vista da varanda é Espetacular!!! Instalações simples mas muito limpo e organizado. Não tem elevador, mas reservei sabendo disto, portanto não é um ponto negativo...

La literie n’est pas bonne, la réception ferme très tôt ce qui n’est pas gênant sauf le jour du Check in, il vaut mieux en avoir connaissance avant. Pas de restauration après la saison visiblement
