Not soundproof at all, noisy guests who do not know how to behave ruined our stay. Bathroom door has mold.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Jedoch ist der Preis für die Leistung deutlich zu hoch. Wir würden es nicht nochmal buchen.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. In den 90er war es mal modern. Jedoch ist bis auf die Eingangshalle nichts mehr empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind zwar einigermaßen sauber aber für japanische Verhältnisse eher dreckig. Die Kissen sind unbequem und das Frühstück ok.

Very close to the train station, very clean, and a lot of food, the Staff are all friendly most especially one of them help me reach out in my hotel in nagoya that I left my iwatch and she arrange to deliver in the hotel, very helpful thank you so much!

El hotel es muy acogedor y la atencion del personal es excelente! La ubicacion es excepcional ya que esta a minutos caminando de la estacion Nippori (ahi puedes llegar con el Kesei Liner desde el aeropuerto)

El aire acondicionado deberia ser controlable, ya que hubo dias que hacia calor y no se podia ajustar. El desayuno estaba muy rico, pero el huevo revuelto estaba muy liquido y sin sabor. La secadora no seca bien. Son solo detalles pero vale la pena quedarse en ART Hotel.

the rooms indicated can live for 3 people, the hotel give me a room with 1 full size bed for 3 people the room is small and I think it should let us know there is no way to add a bed , the 14 days is uncomfortable.

There is a big step to get to the bathroom. Not great if you are a little disabled.

Room for 3 persons is so big. Location is really good very close to Nippori station. I left luggage at the hotel before check in time when I came back to check in all my stuffs were kept in my room already ☺️☺️

Location is excellent. This is the main reason on why we booked this hotel in the first place.

The hotel staff told us on arrival that the only way to control the air conditioning is to adjust the "air flow rate" with a simple dial button. However, both of our rooms are still very warm/hot during our 6 night stay even though we have put the dial at max all the time. Not sure if the hotel air conditioning system is designed for the hot Tokyo summer weather. The 2-people room is very small, but we kind of expect this given our previous travelling experience to Tokyo. It is still the smallest 2-people room that we have ever stayed in Japan (travelled to Tokyo 5 times before). There are very limited washers in the hotel, and it is always occupied.

The room is fit for 4 people. The bed is big enough for 3 people to share 2 beds. Interior design of the hotel room is modern

Some bad smell from the bidet which cannot be removed even I cleaned it several times

the price go high in some days have to plan the booking day and recheck price every week before arrived. but some room are renovate so it is reasonable with the price that high up and if booking via booking.com can get discount some room

I paid £332 for a night and the hotel staff even hesitated to help our luggage to carry to the room. With a family of 5 people including 0 yr old baby, the staff literally didn’t help us at all with large amount of luggage and even hesitated to lend a luggage trolley because their own stuff were piled up on it and didn’t want to move those. Cleanliness was fine and bed was big enough for us. The wall seems to be quite thin so I could hear people talking in the middle of the night.

The room is spacious for family of 4, bed and pillows are comfortable. The hotel location is convenient near JR station and Skyliner to Narita Airport

There is a plumbing problem on our last night. Our son use the bathtub and when he drain the water, some water popping out the pipe next to the bathtub, make the dry area under the wash basin wet so we need to slowly drain the water. (did not happen on the 1st 5 nights) I already told the reception when i check out next morning and she will look into it.
