We loved the beautiful old building. The location was great & we were able to park onsite. The onsen was great & the room really spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Futons on the floor are a bit hard for my liking, but it was great to experience sleeping on them.

いつもながら、朝食も、美味しい、風呂も、気持ちいい、ロケーションも、最高でした。

ロケーションは大変良かった。部屋丁度良い部屋で、寛ぐことが出来ました。30年経つとは思いませんでした。

食事は予約が必要で、予約の際食事の予約欄があれば幸いです。地元の食彩を味わうのも旅行の大きな目的でもあります。

No onsen information in the room about the crowds at real onsen time. Good if we can check in our rooms before going to the onsen

The onsen , room and breakfast are excellence, the view is fantastic.

Very comfortable. The public bath was spacious and tidy.

The television was a bit old - no internet connection , so couldn't connect to Netflix or Youtube.

1. Gorgeous view and excellent onsen. 2. Staff at restaurant are nice. 3. Bedroom is clean and spacious.

1. The bell boys are not helpful. 4 of us have a lot of luggage but they didn't offer any help, just looking at us.We finally found a trolley to move by ourselves 2. not sufficient air conditioning 3. the corridors are very dark, not much lighting. 4. weak wifi 5. breakfast not attractive, not value for money. 6. the onsen located at the 5th floor is clean but the one located at the 7th floor is dirty, The mats in the changing room are very smelly and the pool has little sand, which is quite disgusting.

We enjoyed that the Staffs were polite and hospitable towards us. The cleanliness and large spaces was superb.

The location is i think a bit far coming from Tokyo but is okay since it is near in Takayama Interchange. The most thing we didn’t enjoy was the breakfast since servings we’re to little and overly controlled.
