The beds were very firm

We were walking distance from Broadbeach Which made it easier on the kids walking into town Facilities were clean and well presented

Beds and pillows are in need of a makeover Exhaust fan in the bathrooms would work a great aswell , but that’s me getting a bit picky

The apartment was fine for our 4-day stay but don't expect luxury as it could definitely do with a freshen up - especially the bathrooms which are very old. The location is good - being a short walk to the restaurant hub and supermarket.

The WiFi is nonexistent and even the data capability is poor so we couldn't even hotspot from our phones to laptops. That's fine if you have the luxury of shutting down completely, but for those of us who run our own businesses, it's a massive problem. There is a 24-hour McDonalds behind the apartment, which was fine for my husband and I staying in the master bedroom but kept our friend in the 2nd bedroom awake at night as that bedroom has a window backing onto Maccers. The walls are also paper thin so again for the 2nd bedroom which backs on to the next-door apartment, it was a problem for our friend as our neighbors were talking late into the night. If you're staying for more than 1 night, bring/buy toilet paper and soap as we were only provided a tiny bar of soap and half a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and were told to purchase for $1/roll if we wanted more.
