Fantastic location for a family with 2 energetic boys. With 3 heated swimming pools and the beach 1 block away, we had all options at our fingertips. The apartment was spacious, we could unpack and relax in a very picturesque and comfortable setting.
Personal welcome from hosts to step through the apartment and explain the inner workings of the car park and amenities was a bonus.

Everything you could possibly need was catered for. Nigel made our introduction to the property and stay very comfortable.
The small amount of time waiting for the lifts.
Maybe some pool or beach towels would be helpful.

Nigel was fantastic with communication and meeting us on arrival and taking us up to the apartment, apartment was immaculate tidy and clean was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need view was fantastic, facilities great very spacious unit and location was excellent. I Would highly recommend staying here as a family or even two of you.

Would totally recommend this place. The views were amazing and the place was nice and clean, it’s close to everything shops, cafés, beach etc. The owner of the place was very nice and helpful. Definitely coming back here in the future.

Nigel is the perfect host. He called to make sure plane arrived ok and met us at reception. Guided us to undercover parking and helped take bags up to our room. Nothing was too much trouble planning our stay. Exceptional views!! Access to balcony from lounge and both bedrooms. Open the balcony doors to hear the ocean. All the comforts of a dream home including 2 bathrooms. Walking distance to main street and beach. Definately a home away from home. I've included a photo of the morning view from bedroom.

it was good space, staff were amazing and it felt so homely! it was clean and tidy.
the fan in the main bedroom might need to be fixed. it did squeak a bit and the shower pressure in the on sweet bathroom wasn’t the best but that’s all

Traveling to Gold Coast was first time for my family and I, we had a great time in Peninsular 21b. The property was vey clean and comfortable, the location absolutely close to the Surface Paradise street. Thanks Nigel
the out side swimming pool was under renovation and we really missed the pool😞

The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and centre of Surfers Paradise. The swimming pools were fabulous, especially the under cover pool. The view was the best ever and we loved sleeping with the ooen sliding door to be lulled to,sleep by the noise of the sea. The apartment was very well organised and clean. Will definitely be back! Thank you Nigel and Claude!
