Perfect location

It was very clean and pillows needed to be replaced as where so lumpy

Apartment was average Contraction outside South side Big gap from the window frame and building When the wind changed the wind blew threw the gap Payment Second installment payment was over charged from my credit card then when Seacrest apartment tried to take correct amount for a second time my card declined I Sent copies to them of payments that went out , They blamed my Bank then Booking.com Even though they made withdraw from there side Then they put the overcharged amount back into my account , two days later they took the correct amount out. Very stressful And for my husband that was visiting family

Location, cleanliness, kitchen well equipped, and there was coffee machine with only 2 coffee capsules

View was southern side. The Bedroom had no Air Conditioning and was very cold. Lounge Kitchen had A/C but it could not warm bedroom as it was separated, round a solid wall.

David accomodate our request. Brooke was great for my questions after hours.

Location is central to the attraction. Beach right in front. The ocean view is amazing. Very secure and safe.

Needed a good clean, dust in all rooms, especially along the edges of the carpet along with dirt Rusty dining room chairs and legs on the table Very tired, needs updating

The Location is gorgeous, the Ocean views out front and river views to the rear, both were wonderful

Rather noisy, the Tram rounding the bend, the rubbish trucks at the crack of dawn, not ideal The rooms were not very clean, they need to clean more than floors and shower, look behind toilet, behind bedside table, under bed, dust and fluff everywhere, I spent the first day cleaning dishes, cutlery and all kitchen appliances as they were filthy. If they charge top price, then the cleaning of the WHOLE UNIT NEEDS to be A grade also.

Location was great, tram within a short walking distance, beach across the road as to was cafe and shop which was very handy. Loved that a washing machine and dryer was available in the apartment.

We booked a 2 bedroom ocean view apartment was disappointed given the photos at time of booking the view looked extensive vs the reality which was only a glimpse through one door (given we were on such a low floor and not front views, the pictures at booking did not give this impression. When enquired about this once arrived, were told oh no you have to pay double the price for those front ones (contrary to what was in the pictures). Couches were extremely uncomfortable there was literally no padding left in the seats would highly recommend they purchase new couches for the apartment. Would have appreciated flannels being provided with the linen along with beach towels.

very nice location and staff were very understanding and lovely, although our room looked nothing like the photos definitely was not worth the amount of money we had spent on it. very dirty when we got there, mould in the showers, broken dishwasher, broken shower door, cups and bowls were disgustingly dirty in cupboards.

The view was amazing! room was excellent, very happy with Seacrest, great location and would definitely stay again

Need to clean under the beds, dust city thats my only complaint

Great location, close to beach, nice accommodation and pool, sauna, game room, but the construction workers next building were very noisy.

Hot tub not warm enough. One mattress in our room (the bed near the window, one with another bed beside it) was very different from the others as it was very tough and stiff.

The cleanliness of the rooms. The photos online of the accommodation looked more updated than the rooms actually were.

Convinience and proximity to places.

Uninterrupted view of the beach was amazing and the location of the apartment to everything met our expectations.

The hosts where wonderful, so helpful and accomadating when our flights got cancelled at the last minute. We would definitely book again
