The location is great. Hotel is very clean and cosy. Breakfast was tasty.

Delicious breakfast, beautiful grounds, comfortable beds. The staff very great. There is a playground on the property, which proved very useful with two little kids. Would recommend to families.
We asked for the crib to be removed from our cottage (our 3 year old did not want to stay in there). That was never done. And when we had to move due to overbooking (from the cottage to the family suite) the crib was set up again taking up precious room in the smaller space.

Excellent breakfast buffet and nice grounds for walking. I already booked to stay here again next month on my way to Kyiv.
We had a problem with credit card when we checked in and had to pay cash. Same card worked in restaurant later.

The hotel is located in perfect place if you need a transit stay for 1 night as we did.
It has a beautiful territory with lake and ducks, playground for children, small square which is perfect for a walk or for barbecue if you stay longer. The rooms were perfectly clean and comfy. Great service. And super cool thing that you can take your breakfast in a box with you if you leave before breakfast time.
A lot of space for car parking in the territory.
There are two fuel stations (OKKO, Amic) right near the hotel which is nice if you travel by car. There is also ATB supermarket right nearby.

Rooms are clean. It was warm in the room and generator worked while power was off. Restaurant is very good and breakfast is wonderful. Also there is a Luxwash car wash very close as well as ATB grocery if you need more food. Staff is very helpful and friendly. You can also order food right from room if needed. My favorite hotel in Lviv area.
