A nice pool garden, so beautiful
With a smal and a big pool.
So clean and nice view.

Great value. Older hotel. Vry quiet location and Very friendly staff. Perfect location if you want to avoid the party crowds off the main strips, and Fig Tree bay chaos. I'm an open water swimmer. It was ideal location. Beach and a great buffet, both, just a couple minutes away. I even booked a return trip, before I left.
It's an older hotel than many of those around it. It could use a renovation. But overall, it was fine.

The property is a short walk from bars and restaurants, the staff are super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Everywhere is clean, our towels (even our sheets)were changed regularly during a 9 day stay.
The accommodation is simple and basic but for the price we paid, unbelievable value. Most guests were repeat visitors and we would definitely come back.

The location is perfect. Within a ten minute stroll is the beach with six coves,bars restaurants and bus stops.Paralimni is less than 15 mins away as is Proteras and Ayia Napa 25mins and the bus is every 20mins.we loved Pernera and Debbiexenia. Highly recommended, we will be back. Ps,three supermarkets less than 5 mins.

value for money, decent hotel with spacious rooms and equipped kitchen. nice location very close to Perner beach
they dont provide shower gel and shampoo which was inconvenience as I had to go to the nearest (overpriced) super market to buy. the wi-fi was not working on the third floor.

The host and his family were very welcoming and kind, the appartments are great and spacious, the garden with the pool marvelous. They arranged everything so we could use the appartments also after standard check-out. Great location, we used it as a base for our travelling not only around and to Paphos and Larnaca, but also as far as Nikosia on the north-east and for the whole west and north-west.

Excellent apartments !!! Clean, very big and with a very beautiful view.
THe staff was very polite, Smiley and friendly. The restaurant below the hotel serves very nice food and breakfast ,very tasty and very large portions.
Its location is next to restaurants and a grocery store and a 5-minute walk from the sea.
We will definitely go there again, we really loved it.

The apartment was a bit tired. The bathroom needed refurbishment and the whole apartment needed a deep clean.
