The water heater in the shower is unstable, sometimes there’s hot water sometimes not

Newly refurbished after taking over from the previous brand, so everything is new, clean and tastefully designed. Great location with lots of local F&B within walking distance and also connected to Gurney Walk which has several restaurants and a 24hrs convenient shop. It has a great view of Gurney Park and sea. Finally, very friendly staff that makes you feel welcome and comfortable.

room is okay, but when i ask to clean the room, you didn't give new bathroom supplies eg bath salt after my wife use it.

breakfast is so so, not too many variations for 4/5 star hotel/apartment. also i dont understand why waiter in timur resto couldnt charge my breakfast to my room.

Breakfast selection is not much. Saving grace is the restaurant staff is very friendly and accomodating.

There was no housekeeping after 6pm to clean the room. This should be highlighted to all patrons so we are aware about it on check in.

Super Lage, traumhafter Ausblick. Wir hatten das Glück ein Zimmer in den obersten Etagen zu bekommen. Tolles Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Pool sehr schön, man kann auch toll schwimmen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

The room was really spacious. We had a separate kitchenette area which had lots of facilities. We asked for a late check out and we were allowed to keep the room for a little extra time. The staff were very friendly at reception. I used the pool quite early in the morning and it’s a good size for doing lengths.

Good location. Big room and bed. Great rain shower for after long day walk. Nice sea view. Comfortable lobby sofa areas that I spend time with my friends there for quick catch up. Next door is a shopping mall with cafes and bar.

Everything was perfect...right from Check In to check out. Thanks to Mr Ragu...front desk. A real gentleman.

Everything about the property was excellent. The room facilities were great. The bed was very comfortable. It was clean and new.

There was a staff member that has no initiative. We were checking out to catch an international flight and there was only him at the reception. He was taking his time checking someone else in. He saw us but completely ignore us. I thought he could call for another staff to service our check-out. We had to to wait for quite a while. Not impressed. Happy to provide more feedback if required.

Loved the bath toiletries which were gentle on the skin and spacious shower. Filtered water tap was great too, with no unpleasant smell or taste.

The WC was located at the entrance of the bathroom so you can't open the door without banging into the person sitting on the WC lol

Room was great. Gym was adequate. Room water filter provided. Breakfast was simple with the essential spread.

Room WiFi was poor, had to connect to my own device. Standing shower door opens out, inconvenient and wets the bathroom floor.

We love the size of our room. Was by far the most spacious of half dozen or so hotels we stayed at on our trip in Asia.

Every morning starting at 8am, possibly a cleaning staff could be heard walking by slamming doors near our room.

Pool is quite dramatic, an infinity pool looking over nothing but the harbour. It is quite a good size when I can comfortably swim in an easy circle to mimic lap swimming. Great splash pool for children. Lots of kind staff. They are lovely with children and older people.

Beaches around Penang are not great for swimming. Even the golden sands beach is not great. Check on pollution and dirt before going.
