Very friendly and helpful staff, the location is strategic, this place is quiet and relaxing, the rooms give you a nice George Town traditional experience. The service is very personalized, with the staff giving ample guidance for recommendations.

I personally like the place. lovely garden, nice breakfast, kind staff. The atmosphere is great.

Possibly the cleanest hotel rooms in Malaysia. Staff are very nice. They simply make you feel welcomed. It was great to have a la carte breakfast instead of a buffet.

The bed was a bit harder than the normal Asian hotel bed. Led to stiffness in the joints. A fridge in the rooms would be nice.

a private event was organised during our stay, so we were essentially unable to use the pool or communal areas for several hours during the day/evening and the noise woke up our baby twice.

2nd time visit and the staff made me and my friends felt at home. When Cheng and Eve, greeted us and welcome us by saying : nice to see you again. instantly we felt the welcoming and how closely they treat their guests.

The property was absolutely amazing The decor, so spot on and immaculately preserved the hotel was so private and welcoming from the time we landed in Penang to the time we left. we were there for a family reunion and a memory tour for my father who lived here over 60 years ago. we lost our mum six years ago, and this was to see where she grew up where she worked where my father met her where they married, and where they first lived. Although quite emotional, it was absolutely amazing and Noordin Mews suited all of our needs. breakfast was absolutely amazing and plenty of variety. I thank you to the girls and all the staff was absolutely wonderful.

Daily breakfast options were varied and very good. I really enjoyed having the pool for an afternoon swim after sight seeing in the HEAT of Penang!! Staff is very helpful - I would recommend this hotel. It's an easy walk to the action but in a quieter neighborhood so you can sleep. Very cool old heritage style "house"

Wifi I found in most of Malaysia isn't as fast or reliable as in the US but to be expected. It worked in the common areas much better than my room. so a good excuse to have a beer by the pool!

A true heritage hotel that has individually styled rooms with quirky features. The whole property is spotlessly clean and well cared for. Loved the turn-down service when they also refresh towels, light candle and leave small treats. The pool was a welcome addition and we swam every afternoon after returning from busy days sightseeing. Breakfast on the terrace was a lovely & relaxing start to the day. The staff are all so friendly and attentive and really seem proud to work there.

The staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was really tasty, with daily Asian specials including Nasi Lemak and Dim Sum. The hotel was in great condition and kept very clean. I liked how they left us a small gift each night. Overall a really lovely stay!

This is not the hotel's fault, but the surrounding bars were quite noisy late into the night. The location is a little out of the way. But still only 15 mins walk to the main parts of Georgetown.

Best hotel we stayed in in Singapore and Malaysia. Staff were tremendous. Atmosphere was perfect. Pool was super. Breakfast varied and delicious. Very attentive with kids. This place had thought of everything, lots of additional touches made it feel very special. Smart and stylish design and decor. Great location. Mai and staff were outstanding and went the extra mile.
