Extremely nice and good service, clean, very good location.
Write in English: The shower drain water was very slow, the breakfast was poor considering a 5-star hotel, the staff's clothing was clean but worn, which is not appropriate for a 5-star hotel.

We had a loft room which has a spacious bedroom upstairs. Downstairs are the bathroom and lounge area. TVs in both areas. The bathroom area was very good - excellent water pressure, fluffy towels, good amenities, large shower stall, good mirror with excellent lighting. Small lounge was comfortable and with good table space. Plenty fo useful power outlets. The swimming pool area was compact but well located. A small uniform depth pool with good quality sunbeds and plenty of sunshine throughout the day. Good location - away from noisy areas but good cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel hosted a great Lion Dance for CNY>
We could have used some drawers in the room to store clothes.
We couldn't cast content onto the smart TV which was disappointing.

Kamer was vies. Na 2x vragen om de kamer helemaal schoon te maken (zagen pis vlek bij aankomst) werd er pas gehoor gegeven.
Bed sliep slecht.
Airco kon alleen op 16° en niet aangepast. Je kon alleen aan of uit zetten dus tijdens het slapen werd je of verkouden of benauwd

The service and the size of the rooms. Location was excellent 👌 as we was on a cruise and wanted a night out.. 5 minutes walk back to the cruise terminal.

The ambience and setting of the Hotel. The only necessary and important facilities that was ignored is the unavailability of Tamil TV channels and Radio. The region is home to at least 3 millions Tamils and many of the guest are from Singapore of Tamil heritage. This niche market cannot be ignored. Remember, there is also a substantial population of Tamils in Penang. Please get a Tamil channel form India or Singapore or even Astro will do. This is the most upsetting things for our family.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Wir konnten alles fußläufig erreichen. Personal war sehr engagiert.
Toll ist auch der Pool am Dach, in dem man sich gerade zur Mittagszeit bzw am Nachmittag gut abkühlen kann.
Die Dusche war von allen Seiten einsehbar quasi mitten im Zimmer. Man konnte sie zwar mit Vorhängen zuziehen, dennoch ist sie glaube ich nur geeignet, wenn man mit seinem Partner verreist.
Das Frühstück war sehr asiatisch. Wir hatten Pancakes bestellt und selbst die hatten nach gebratenen Nudeln geschmeckt. Scheinbar wurde die selbe Pfanne/das selbe Besteck verwendet.

Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in all aspects. I particularly enjoyed my evenings at the infinity pool/ gazebo area. The view, the environment is just stunning (overlooking the sea)
The breakfast spreads can be improved. Currently, the spread/ varieties are just ok.

Staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem. Attentive to our needs and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

Great location, great service, good breakfast. Room was very comfortable for 2 people, with a spacious bath area. Parking was provided. Gym was nice with user friendly equipment. Enjoyed a very nice stay!
My only issue would be that the soundproofing of the doors were not the best. We could hear the people talking outside at night.

The design of the bathroom is my fav feature. U can access the sink even when the shower is being used. Comfortable bed. Also having power points by the bed is always a win. Staff are friendly. Ample parking during my stay.
No view outside my unit as it is on the 2nd floor.
Breakfast spread is a bit limited. Ambience is nice though.

the location was perfect as we had wanted to walk around Georgetown. It is near to the historical sites. So whenever you feel too tired, it is easy to get back to the hotel. The hotel is very comfortable and well appointed. Most importantly, it is very clean, beds are comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful. I really like that there is parking on site and it is not public parking that you have to be worried about

Beautiful pool, great location and clean, comfortable room
I wish the juices served at breakfast were more natural. Orange and guava juice placed on the stand tasted like they had added sugar.

Well located
Rooms which are not on the street have a view on a wall. Windows are locked and not able to open. Even in the Glass Room where the breakfast is served it’s not really confortable and with any view. If you are into getting a view and nice place to relax this is not exactly the place to be. Except at the roof top where the pool is located.

They took a deposit from my credit card. They said it was returned but was never returned. This is also in addition to taking too much over the booking.com price i got.
I have payment proof. They just rudely say go to your bank.
