Location, modern, comfortable

Stayed in one of the three attic rooms which had a large shared terrace.

That I didn’t stay longer!!

the properties and facilities are actually good for the price we paid. And when we had a disfunction AC , we got help asap which I really liked about the staffs.

there is nothing that I didn’t like. it was good for the money paid.

very loud in weekends because our room was just on the side of bars and restaurants. overall was ok to stay there.

Our hotel had a plumbing problem and we were moved to another property managed by the same people. Amber, the manager was superb and the new property was an upgrade (for no additional cost) but at a slightly less convenient location, since we chose Bed & Chic to be closest to the cruise terminal.

There was no breakfast option at the new location, but that will probably be changing. Also, the room rates are higher there than Bed & Chic (although we didn’t have to pay the difference).

Great communication for self check in with clear instructions. Lovely homely touches around the hotel. Great decor. Very clean and modern.

The location was good as it is in proximity of all amenities. The beds were very comfy. Good security features from outside.

The location was very noisy. As if the front side of the hotel was located in a back alley with rubbish bins. Local bar owners are emptying their glass containers in the middle of the night. The hotel was quite noisy from the inside as well, there was a lot of shuffling of furniture going on just after midnight on the 3rd floor on at least 2 of the 4 nights I stayed there. You hear other people talking too. No free parking either, close by there are parking garages, the best rate I could find was €15,50 per day, but the hotel could have given a good deal or at least a suggestion where would have been best to park.

Location is great, close to the Canteras beach. The room was fine with a decently large fridge. The staff was very kind and the checkin/checkout was simple.

One of the windows was not possible to close completely meaning it was bit more noisy than it should. But this wasn't a big deal.

Great location: very close to Las Canteras beach, Santa Catalina park and bus terminal. Sunny rooftop terrace and super friendly staff!
