Free breakfast was light but delicious. The amenities like free toothbrushes, free shaving gel, razors, toothpaste was extremely useful. Great location to be in as well due to the proximity to a few train stations.
Rooms were a pretty small.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czystość, małe ale smaczne śniadania. Blisko do stacji metra. Miła i kompetentna obsługa. Szerokie wyposażenie - szczoteczki i pasty do zębów, suszarka, pidżama, ręczniki, duży wybór herbat, itd.

Die Lage: Maximal 2 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn Haltestelle, welche 2 Linien abdeckt. Von hier aus lässt sich Tokyo super erkunden.
Personal: Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend
Das Frühstück: Ist etwas wenig und wird mit der Zeit sehr eintönig, da man morgens nur die Wahl zwischen mehreren Varianten eines belegten Toasts und einem Heiß- oder Kaltgetränk hat. Bei einem kürzeren Aufenthalt, sicherlich ausreichend aber nach 10 Nächten vermisst man die Abwechslung.
Die Sauberkeit: Im großen und ganzen okay, jedoch wird nicht zu sehr auf Details geachtet, welche jedoch bei genauerem hinschauen auffallen. Besonders anzumerken sind hier die klassischen Ecken im Badezimmer (Verschmutzung um die Armaturen, Waschbeckenüberlauf).

The location is excellent for Dotonburi. The washing machine was very helpful.
Struggled to figure out how to use the washing machine as there was no English translation.

The location. Just 2 mins away from the train station. Reception has all the toilet amenities; from shampoo to conditioner, facial cleanser to facial hydrating mask, to various teas. It was all very convenient.
There’s no ventilation in toilet may not be working there’s a damp mould smell that can’t seem to go away no matter how long I aired the room with the windows opened.

Convenient location, close to Tokyo Train Station. Hotel is on a quiet side street. Our bed was comfortable and a good size for the two of us. Complimentary breakfast is simple but tasty with excellent coffee. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional.

Nice complimentary breakfast from pronto chain. Lobby has whole bench of charging stations. Reception is very friendly and patient in answering questions of getting around.
Location is 30mins walk from JR Tokyo station, need to take another internal Tokyo line.

The location was convenient, next to a subway station.
There are no differences between single and double rooms so it is very cramped, toiletries can only be picked up on first floor which is difficult to remember and items are sometimes out of stock. Limited option of breakfast is not ideal for stay longer than week.

Rooms a bit small.

The location is great. Easy access to many lines and easy to go about all of metropolitan Tokyo. The breakfast was also served quickly at the cafe downstairs. It's not super filling which we were happy about because we wanted to eat as many things as possible in Japan. The room was spotless, I loved all the amenities provided in the room and at the reception area.
I would have preferred a room with the windows that offered a view of something other than the adjacent building.
