The Villa was beautiful and we had Katerina who hosted us. She also took us todo grocery shopping in her car which was super helpful and was always at our disposal when we had any questions. Both Nicholas and Katerina were super responsive and helpful, also super friendly.

The only thing we had small issue with was that the weather wasn’t too warm and we needed the heater to be on in the living room which wasn’t working.

Once again speechless with the fabulous Xenos Villas hosts, the breathtaking views and how clean our rooms where. Spot on location for one of our family's best holidays!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Xenos. The house is very modern and the pool is very nice and clean. The Xenos family gave us great tips: Embros Therme, Zia, Kos,… During our stay the villa was cleaned and provided with new towels. It would take 15 minutes to walk to the beach, but it's no problem with a rental car. We loved the communication with Nicholas and Maria Lydia and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful holiday and loved the villa! It was in a great location, in a quiet spot but only a short drive to the beach and bars/restaurants so the best of both worlds. The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet with amazing views from both sides (of lush green mountains, the sea and you can see Turkey in the distance!). The villa is really spacious and extremely clean! The pool and patio area are absolutely stunning and we really enjoyed having our own space, it was very relaxing and the kids loved the pool. It is the cleanest pool we've ever swam in! I would recommend hiring a car - we got a taxi from the airport and had a hire car dropped off at the villa (Tigaki Express, approx £120 for a week). We drove to the strip in the evening, parked the car off the main road and my husband jogged back for it the following morning (we asked the bar to order us a taxi which was 6 Euros). We found two Greek restaurants on the main street which were amazing with really friendly staff - Rodini and Ikarus. A nice bar to drink in was Memories who did lovely cocktails. There are a couple of bars with pool tables too which were perfect for our kids. We also drove to a beautiful village in the mountains called Zia, which was a 20min journey. It is very picturesque and well worth a visit! We also went to Kos Town which is only 10 mins away. The owners are a lovely friendly couple and gave us a delicious cake on our last day which was a really nice touch. Overall, we would definitely recommend this villa and would like to stay again in the future!

The mattresses were uncomfortable in the double/king size rooms and could do with being replaced, however the children's twin beds were very comfy. Netflix would be a good addition to the villa!

For all the Family We had an amazing holiday break in Xenos Villas.  It's a wonderful family place to spend our holidays with breathtaking views. The Villa, that we stayed in, had everything we needed to make our stay a fantastic time. It was everything we had dreamt it would be. Just as described and no review can really be representative.  Maria owner was extremely helpful and always responded quickly. She was extremely friendly and bought gifts of traditional cakes, olive oil and home baked cakes.  The villa was beautiful and extremely clean. The children loved the sweets left on their pillows and the extra sweets given to them by Nicholas. About the Location A superb holiday location with breathtaking views. The villa is only minutes from the beautiful Tigaki beach and resort- a short distance from the airport and the historic Kos town. It was lovely to see the ships passing at night time and the twinkling lights from the coastline of Turkey or view the lights from the mountain villages in this tranquil location.The villa was immaculate, well equipped and exactly as advertised. The swimming pool facilities were excellent and having an in house gym was the icing on the cake. We would definitely recommend this villa to others. Looking forward to coming back!

First time ever, that I can't think anything we didn't like in this Villa. Trying to think really hard the only thing that my family didn't like was the number of days. They asked me to come back and stay for two weeks. We will come back for sure!
