Beautiful setting with very quiet and secluded beach area. Renate was a wonderful and friendly host. Entire staff was warm and welcoming.

I had to leave eventually, but I extended my stay from original booking. Call or contact the property directly, BEFORE you book, to check on transportation options for arrival.

Quitness all the way; room, location, environement . Small private beach with comfy berths and great vieuw. Kindness of the staff. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Quality and amount of food served. Free airconditioning and safe.

Minor things realy; no tv, only a bedsheet to cover you (sure you could ask something thicker) , the whole accomodation is a bit dated and the food has some German influences (most customers)....but many excellent restaurants in Kardamenia.

thank you for the perfect stay! we had everything we needed, all services was great, including the cleaning services, breakfast, of staff who is so helpful in any way and so kind. it is calm place, close to sea, literally across the street, it has beautiful views. if you need a little party, kardamena is just 15 minutes far by feet. we definitely recommend to rent a car, scooter of quad (which is really common on island) to explore all the beautiful places. you can park it easily in hotel area. the wifi does not work very well, but the staff is working on it and they know about the problem (although is is not that easy on the island). we can definitely recommend this sweet place!

If you are looking for the escape from the craziness and crowdedness of the cities, you are coming to the right place. This wonderful family hotel welcomes you as a new part of their family with an open heart. Renata, George and Niko will do everything what they see in your eyes from the first second you set foot into their hidden palm tree paradise! First you can enjoy your breakfast, with it's selection of eggs, ham, cheese, fresh fruit and vegetables with the spectacular view on the sea, which is only 50 steps away from your breakfast table. What a breathtaking view over the nearby mountains as well! First morning when you open the door from your balcony, there is this incredible sunrise, which you can watch every day, when you open your eyes. It really sets your mood up! You can choose to spend the day at the private beach with the sun beds, which is just in front of the house. There is only few of them, but you can be sure you will always find a spot for yourself, most likely you can enjoy some quiet time on the beach on your own, no people around! If you have enough sea, nothing is better, than relaxing day by the swimming pool, which is pretty large size and is based under the palm trees and one step away from the dangerous bar, where you can treat yourself with a drink, cocktail or Greek Ouzo. George is a great cook and if you have breakfasts and dinners booked, you can be sure you will get a different Greek dish every night! What a treat! If you would like to explore the Kos Island, you can rent a quad bike, motorbike or the electric bicycle - like me - single traveller. The rental place is approx. 6min walk from the hotel. You can be sure, if you go through the mountains across the island on the other side, you will not see any people - and that is sooo great, if you wish for to don't see any people :). Kardamena is the nearest town. It is the typical Greet town famous for it's white walls and blue rooftops and doors.

I have zero complains as I would write more, about what I liked :-D. I would say only change the color of the light bulbs over the head above the bed. They are now too cold and bright color. I like to read a book, before sleep. Here I could not leave the light on, as it was to bright. But you'd rather stay outside on the patio with my drink, because light is warm out there, seats are comfy and the bar is close :-) One more GREAT think is, every Friday they have a Greek Night, which is an incredible event! ----and if you would like to know more, you have to visit by yourself!

The owners and staff were excellent,so friendly and helpful.it was obvious how genuinely they cared about your stay, special mention for Thanasis and Niko,hard working lovely people. The pool area was gorgeous, really clean with loads of space.always a sunbed available. The hotel overall was spotless and the room was cleaned daily. The place is chilled and peaceful with lovely seaviews. The food was lovely with lots of choice. The BBQ and Greek night(not usually my kind of thing)was brilliant.loads of delicious food and great fun. Loads of room in the bar area.

The toilet could on a occasion take a very long time to refill. Sometimes the water could go off altogether. Sometimes there could be a smell from the shower drain.These problems were only once or twice though. The air conditioning worked excellent although it was quite noisy if you needed it on through the night. It was hard to get to the town centre at times,the staff tried their best to help but taxis were in short supply.the bus timetable was an absolute mystery.With hind sight we should of booked taxis earlier in the day for later on.when you got a taxi it was great five minutes and you were in town. Not the fault of the hotel for me,not enough taxis to go round in kardamena.

Quite and comfortable location, 5 minutes from Kardamena by car. Clean and quite room with a swimming pool view. Also the restaurant is good and cheap. Very kind and helpful staff, we had a great time. Super recommended!

Very nice staff. Hotel was nice, clean, with great location. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is a perfect place for you. Food was good, maybe dinner could be more diverse ( we missed some sea food). Otherwise great value for money.

It was the perfect place for our holidays as a group. Niko makes the best cappucino freddo in the island so you don’t wanna miss it!! 100% would recommend staying here with a group.

Was asked to pay extra 50 euros upon arrival as we arrived at midnight. Despite months prior to travel, arranging with hotel that this is okay. The hotel is also a fair distance to the main town so would avoid this next time

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Good poolside bar during the day which was also open until the late hours. Good atmosphere. Beach just outside hotel on doorstep for use for hotel guests. Rooms were good size and clean with sea views from balcony. 15/20 minute walk into town but a really nice walk in the evening along the seafront. Perfect stay would pick this hotel again.

Bed was uncomfortable. Not enough pillows. Hard mattress.

the structure is welcoming and presents a good quality price. The city center is about twenty minutes on foot, but taxi prices are all in all low. The owners, Renata and George, are very nice, always available and smiling for any eventuality, as well as their Son, Niko, who takes care of the restaurant instead, serving every customer very well. The quality of the food certainly raises the standard of the hotel, very good and varied every evening, with specialties and attentions from the chef. I would also like to correct reviews read before my stay, parking and sunbeds by the sea are no longer paid but included in the price. The only thing left to pay is the air conditioning, which I personally did not use, as the place is always and constantly ventilated. The only advice I would like to give to the structure is to try to emphasize the beauty of the place and the goodness of the restaurant, even with music or activities that encourage customers to stay in the structure and enjoy George's good food!

We really enjoyed that family hôtel. Renata really helped us during our stay. This is a clean hôtel, the view and the pool are great. Also it's practical to be there as it's in the middle of the island.

It's a shame that the pool is open only from 9 am to 7 pm. We would have loved to go to the pool after a day of visits. Extending the pool time to at least 9 pm would be great. Also we would have appreciated having the breakfast earlier.

We spent a whole week there and let me tell you something: The owners’ willingness to go the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and at home, didn't go unnoticed. It didn't take long for the place to stand out and win us over. On our way out, we shed a tear or two. Location-wise, we couldn't have wished for more. Slightly remote from Kardamaina town, it was really easy to move around the island (by car, scooter, buggy...). The pool was fantastic, the views incredible, the beachfront beauty took our breath away. Renate and George are outstanding chefs and we surely ate more than we could possibly manage. Niko ensured that we got whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted, even before we knew we wanted it, without sounding too pushy. But, for us, the takeaways of why you should stay at this place are straight forward: it comes down to the owners’ incredible hospitality craft: they provided us with the privacy we were looking for at times but were also genuinely happy to shared some insights on the Greek way of living, and personal details of their lives in a way that makes you feel like a part of the family. If you are looking for the true spirit of Greek hospitality, look no further.

Cozy, good located resort with swim pool and sea-/ palm-view. All rooms with balcony, equipment enough to stay comfortable. Rooms cleaned every day. Very nice and helpful owner! Tasty breakfast. Place absolutely recommended to stay for shorter or longer holiday :)

Only small details w/o influence for opinion about hotel: WiFi could be a little better in rooms. I suggest also to change hairdryer from mounted on the wall in room to normal traditional hand hairdryer - its more practical to use. :)

Words cannot explain the friendly warm welcoming from Mr Goerge, Ms Renate and Mr Nikolas. They make you feel as you are a part of their team from the very first moment that they offer a refreshing welcoming drink at your arrival. I came for a business trip thinking that I would be alone. Every morning and night they used to take of everything that I could need without even me having to ask from them for anything. They recommend you one of their daily cooked dishes which is for sure fresh and amazing, so you never loose if you just follow George’s recommendations for food and advises about Kos island. The property is located in a perfect quiet location just seconds away by car from Kardamena village village, front line at the sea. All the balconies have an amazing quiet sea view, the design of the place is fantastic and very friendly, you have an area where you can play pool, chess and also a small library if you’re up to a glass of wine and reading a nice book. Overall Amazing and highly recommended place, for a short term and also long term vacation. Thank you Mammis family 🙂

I`m very happy that I choose this hotel. If you want to relax in peacfull place, this lokalisation is perfect. Hotel is clean and well-tended, our room was spacious and had a big closet. There is a privat beach with sun beds for hotel guests. You can also borrow a book if you forget your own :) To Kardamena is about 2 km, nice walk along the seashore, but you can also go there by bus, bus stop is in front of the hotel. The hotel owners are very nice and helpful.
