The room was really good looking and we had our own kitchen and balcony available too.
In terms of location, the place is perfect, right in the middle of Teramo's old town. The area is super beautiful. You can walk everywhere. The train station is also quite close.
We've really enjoyed the breakfasts, served right up to our door. One night we had to go out early and the host provided us with breakfast the day before so we could still get something to eat in the morning.
During our stay there was a big heat wave in Italy, and the AC was barely managing to keep us alive.

Lovely large appartment on the top floor and with aircon galore. Friendly host, lift, fridge, bathroom with a bath. Large comfy bed.

The host/owner is very polite, with excellent English and helpful.
The property has excellent design and interior.
The location is great - in the downtown of the city.
The rooms are equipped with the minimum necessary things - minibar/freeze, dishes, coffee machin, hairdryer ect.
During my stay, I did not face any problems from the host!
The bath cabin is very-very small and uncomfortable to take a normal shower.
The breakfast is very common and has the same menu.
The single room I stayed in was a bit small, but the double rooms are enough large and comfortable.

The place was very spacious and the beds were comfy (and I'm not easy to satisfy with beds). The staff were all incredibly helpful and polite. We appreciated the fact that they have a parking garage attached to the building so we would always have a parking spot. The rooms are much nicer in person than in the photos.
I personally wasn't a fan of the breakfast (there isn't really anything "healthy" to eat), but my boyfriend enjoyed it. He ate baked goods, fruit yogurt, corn flakes, and other sugary things.

Everything was perfect! it’s very central, with a lovely balcony overlooking a well tended garden. it’s tastefully furnished, comfortable, warm , quiet and large with a well equipped kitchen. the host was helpful , advising on where to eat and where to take the dog for local walks. safe parking in a garage beneath the property. no extra charge for dog or parking.

Beautiful B&B!! Huge rooms, SUPER clean, great prices, can easily walk to and from train station. It's located in the historic district. Beautiful bathroom with everything you need, lovely sitting room, fully furnished kitchen, heat, ac, tvs, big windows that open, wifi, elevator, free breakfast delivered to your door, free garage parking. Highest quality everything.
Kind, helpful people who manage it.
We have stayed in 5 star hotels that cost 4-5x as much, and most were not as beautifully appointed nor as comfortable as Antica Interamnia.
We cannot fault a thing. Brilliant place!

Excellent!
Garage is right under the b&b, ideal if you are travelling and don't want to unload all your luggage. Friendly welcome. The room is very pleasant, in a tastefully restored historical building with vaulted ceilings. Well, not just a room but a small apartment with kitchen area and fridge. It was very quiet and absolutely perfectly clean. We slept very well. Breakfast is delivered outside your room at the time you request, so no need to mix with other people. Teramo is nice to wander around. I travel a lot and my stay in this b&b was perfect. Not easy to find at such a good price! Complimenti to the family and their staff!
