Location was perfect for getting into the town and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was really good

The pillows werent great for us and would have been nice to have a choice of firm soft or medium as the ones were a bit old and uncomfortable

The property was in an excellent location, close to the landmark sites while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were modern and comfortable and a decent size. We especially loved coming to breakfast and eating on the patio.

It is hard to find fault but if I was to say one thing, it was be the lack of parking at the location.

Beautiful little boutique hotel nice quiet location and only a 10 minute walk from the main market square and Wavel Castle. Excellent friendly staff would definitely stay there again.

I liked the room, it was great. The bed was very comfortable. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the city centre. Staff was very friendly and approachable.

Although I was staying alone, I had two small blankets instead of a big one, which was not really comfortable. Although the breakfast variety is a bit better than in many hotels, the quality was average.

Lovely hotel, great value, very good breakfast. Staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. Particularly Dominika, the receptionist we met on our arrival. A truly warm and friendly young woman who is a great asset to youd hotel and to the city of Krakow.

They were very nice. Clean and pleasant. Enjoyed Krakow very much. Three days are enough. Great city

Maybe it was me. I was looking for more. You can go and see the concentration camps but I saw them in Munich. How much can you cry.

The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the main square. Room was very clean and good sized. Free WiFi was good too. Breakfast was good and would find something to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was pretty and clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. it was very hot when we visited so the air con was very much welcomed and enjoyed. The breakfast was lovely and there were both hot and cold options and sweet and savoury options. the location was fantastic and not too much of a walk from anywhere we wanted to be. staff were friendly and helpful and always had a smile.

the hotel is down a small street, so I suppose if you was really fussy, the views from the room window were not very easy on the eye. they also charge full price for a child’s breakfast, which was a little disheartening because my child didn’t eat much, but because he is 10 he was charged as an adult.

Didn't like the fact that the bar closed at 10pm. So couldn't even get a coffee. we were offered soft drinks and bottled beer only. Thought this was very strange for a hotel.

Clean room, with a nice view. The location is perfect close to the city center, close to the riverside. The breakfast was amazing. Worth every single ZL.
