Smelly room, without hair dryer

Room door not function well

- The hotel is located at a strategic place. There are a lot of good places to eat (no -halal) and only walking distance. - The TV channel was good. Got HBO channel to watch good movies. - Easily access to water dispenser.

- First time came in the room got smoking smell and after awhile the smell gone. But, then the room started to smell smoke again. Not sure the smell from where. - The sink was blocked. Hard for water to drain. -At night, can listen the building or room beside my room knocking/ chopping something. I'm not sure the sound came from where. It lasted quite awhile.

The efficient air conditioner and location.

TV not working during the whole duration of my 8 nights stay. Water not draining well after shower. The room is a bit small for someone with a normal big luggage.

Good air conditioner and view of playground from 1st floor.

TV not working all the time. I asked for $10 MYR for each day to be refunded because TV is not working at all. They refused. Water do not drain well after shower leaving a pool of water which takes one day to dry up.

Convenient location. There’s Starbucks nearby so I can get my coffee easily. Friendly vibes around the area and not so quiet so feel safe.

Can hear anyone walking outside the corridor and opening the room doors. can get very loud.

I like the shower. Water is very strong.
