Ładne urządzone pokoje z dużymi łóżkami. Przestronna łazienka z kabiną prysznicową walk in. Posiada siłownię, małą, jednak można zrobić trening. Hotel umieszczony blisko miejsc rozrywkowych.

Mało zróżnicowane posiłki, dla wegetarian nie za dużo opcji, brak oznaczeń.. Mało sprzętu, ciężarów na siłowni, jednak cieszyliśmy się, że w ogóle była.

Woke up in a lot of pain the bed wasn’t comfortable.

- very poor breakfast, - the food was disappearing at the begining af breakfast time and then they didn t provide any

The pictures and description looks nice but the quality is junk.

I was in Varna only for 1 night and booked this hotel because of the facilities listed on the site but once we checked in we went for a massage the reception told us that today there is no one so we decided to pay for the spa and use the hot tubs/ jacuzzi but once we went to pay to use them the reception again told us that currently are not working. I insisted that due that nothing is operating of what we needed to use then we will just check out, as have no time to waist. The receptionist did not co operate with us and no single penny was given as a refund. But still we checked out. The furniture in the room cannot be of a cheaper budget than it is. Don't try to open a drawer in the room.

The food was ok, the spa facilities the same. The plus is the heated indoor pool in March and the special massages.

However, we left with a deep disappointed. Before check out, I decided to use the spa facilities one more time as everything was great. I locked my phone and room key in the lockers at the spa and I gave the key of the locker to the receptionist of the spa area to make sure everything was safe. When I finished, I had the worst surprise ever, my phone was not there anymore, someone obviously took it intentionally, as it was closed when I called from a friend's number. What is more, none of the employees showed any intention to help. The spa receptionist said she cannot call my number to check, even though she could use the hotel line, I was ready to pay for this, or the two mobile phones she had at her desk. At the main reception, they just googled their eyes in surprise, without any action. It was as though nobody understood English suddenly. I did not have the time, nor the patience to talk to the manager because I had to make sure that all information on my phone is safe, cards, passwords etc. Anyway, it was extremely disappointing after one weekend spent with friends and colleagues in a pleasant place. I am sure that the receptionist gave the key to another tourist, maybe she thought I already checked out. My friends think that the employees were involved in the matter. In doesn't matter, anyway, but take good care of your personal belongings while staying at the hotel. Not even the lockers are safe! :( I could add some photos of the property, but someone made sure to steal my phone so I am not able to do this :)

Nice room with Balcony. Walking distance to the sea. Good spa.

All hotel was booked and spa area was full.

Wi-fi was good, but you have to log in few times. Reception was ok. I was lucky to get a parking spot. Breakfast was ok
