The location was great, right next to the lake. The rooms were really swish - clean, comfortable, spacious, stylish The staff were so friendly and helpful! Just wonderful! The breakfasts were delicious.

It could have been cooler in Hanoi! But the air conditioner was wonderful!!

Great location by the lake in the old quarter. They also give you 2 x free items of free laundry a day. Friendly and helpful staff and they make a decent Vietnamese Ice Coffee.

Would be great if they could add a pool on the roof top terrace.

Great central but quiet location within Hanoi. Walking distance to all key sites. Comfortable room, comfortable bed. Staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious.

Paid for room with lake and city view at an additional cost. Could not see lake at all and could barely see city. See photo. Called staff on first day to discuss and they stated they were busy and would call back. They didn’t and I didn’t pursue it. Would recommend paying for cheapest room

The staff are very friendly and helpful if you need a SIM card, places to visit and assist with calling a taxi. The location is great as it next to a plaza if you like designer shopping. The facilities were great and love how breakfast is served to our bedroom.

Location was perfect - quiet but close to Home Kiem lake and the old quarter. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Spoke very good English. Doorman sent us to fantastic street food places. Wifi was excellent - able to live stream lectures with lot of images. We stayed in 2 rooms at different times - the deluxe room was better than the senior executive room - more space and better wifi.

The only negative was the coffee - ??? how can the coffee in Vietnam be bad but it was???

Almost staff are very good service especially they arranged the surprise birthday for me in the morning .

The staff were very genuine and so helpful…the helped me book a tour…there were lots of nice finishing touches…great location close to everything in the old quarter… would recommend to stay here and I would also look into staying at the other Silk Brand hotels…
