Had everything you could possibly need…. Clean, Comfortable and well equipped…. Would definitely stay again.

Access to the property was very easy, the door code was good rather than keys.

No access to the garden.

Property is big and has got lots of space. Has got everything you need and it was fairly clean - not sparkling clean though. Instructions are clear and parking permits are sorted out for you, which is very handy. Lots of shops within a 5mim drive distance. Only 7mins to central Portsmouth either by car, train or bus.

We found that if you don’t constantly ventilate, the flat would smell a bit funky, particularly the kitchen. One of the rooms had a leak on the ceiling during a stormy night. Although this could have not been predicted, we didn’t get offered any clean sheets by the owner when we informed them that bed was wet because of it. I’d recommend asking before you go if leak has been looked at. You can really hear the neighbours on both sides, especially when they had their TV on. The area isn’t very nice, it’s quite dirty and ran down.

just a little niggle, the neighbour had their TV on all night... thank goodness for ear plugs.

Clean apartment and the ability to do some home cooking especially for breakfast. Beds comfortable. Convenient to train station.

Heater was on a timer so couldn’t set the heater to stay on overnight and the mornings were cold .
