Good property to stay with family. All staff are good.

The room was decent and the washroom was clean

The ac vent and the ceiling were broken from many places. The manager also accused us of smoking in the room which we weren't. His tone was pretty rude and he kept accusing us of smoking. We even allowed them to check the room and see that we were not smoking and it was someone else.

Very bad management, they made me to pay extra 50% as I arrived, even I don't stay there for night, my health was very bad but they don't care, they made me to wait for five hours and ask me to pay extra 2500 to allocate the room when I was suffering very badly with my leg pain. It was very horrible experience of my life, never I will prefer or recommend this hotel metropolis in my life

Very bad experience, toilet was broken, tab was not working after 15hrs of flight journey can't had shower, just used this property 4hrs and was forced to pay early check in charges after waiting for 5hours, when I was not comfortable to stay they never give refund when I left this property in 4hours

The room was big enough for a small family. The staff working between 9am and 6pm were helpful.

The night staff were not helpful. We arrived early morning around 4 even though I made reservation from previous day 3pm onwards. There was no remote for air conditioner and the staff tried to turn on the air conditioner with a remote from another room. It also didn't work. The staff mentioned that he will bring another remote and left our room. There was no response after 15 minutes and I went to reception to get the remote. The staff who agreed to bring the remote was sleeping and the receptionist as well. I had to argue with them to get a remote for the air conditioner. I had to spend around 30 minutes to get everything in order. The mini fridge was not used for quite a long time and there was foul smell inside it. I had to use it even though it was untidy. Because of the arguing on the check-in day, the staff (same as first day) didn't help me to put my luggage in the car when I checked out the hotel.

noncooperative staff, worst breakfast meal and poor experience overall

Breakfast was basic.not much of a choice if you are a foreigner. The room was clean and cleaned daily.

To my surprise this hasn’t happen to me before. I booked this hotel with my visa Debit card as I do whenever I travel abroad .The day I checkout I was told that the machine is not accepting my card as it’s a foreign card As I didn’t have another card I had to contact my friend and ask her to come over to the hotel and pay the amount. I used my debit card to withdraw and purchase item in India and had no problem. So why couldn’t I settle my bill at the hotel. if it wasn’t for my friend I wouldn’t know why to do…

The breakfast is only for one category of guest not fot for international guest . Location is fair .

Only the location, the service standard has drop down and the staff are not at the top for customer service
